Breakfast wasn’t offered, only coffee. I didn’t have any. I went out for breakfast. The location was ok. Not much scenery.
There was no decor in the room.

I loved the coffee they have, it was very good, and the location was good.
The rooms are large and comfortable, and the staff are very helpful and friendly.

The value. It was better than i expected. I usually pay more for a more upscale hotel, but basically had to stay here. It met my requirements and I have no complaints.
It was damp since it was a classic August day with high humidity and the AC was not on when we checked in. It never really caught up since we were only there from 1am to 8am. There was also a strong smell of cigarettes (or maybe Canadian wildfires from a few weeks back).

The location & Staff
Sheets dirty, bed was messed up the place smelled. The shower head broken and the smoke detector kept going off.
