Price room location and staff along with all the amenities was perfect.
A couple of time and the restroom in ventilation system. Wasp came through. The staff gave us was sprayed to prevent this. Along with a plug in zevo. This issue should be taking care of in room 421. Before it becomes a major.

The staff is friendly and nice. The room was quite big and comfortable.
The place knew that we were saying 6 days and we got almost empty bottles of shampoo, hand soap, body wash... only one roll of toilet paper. We had to keep asking thing by thing which was unconfortable because sometimes we left at night and came back at dawn because of the tours to Niagara Falls... etc.

Attentive staff and clean facility. Spacious room, well equipped. Good location near restaurants and stores. Plenty of parking spaces.
The hotel is due for renovation. The room shows the age and the appliances not always work well. The diswasher in our room leaked after the cleaning cycle was over. I didnt mind the incovenience but I don't think I would be able to put up with it during a long staty. The drainage in the bathroom is slow. The toilet clogged up at first use. I did not report the issue because after a few flushes it was able to do work properly, but it's obvious that there is an issue with the pipes.

Service sucks, all I got was a room, no AC, and the lady acted like we were horrible for not traveling for work. We were told no breakfast, soda was $7 each, the desk clerk was rude, no military discount, never told there was wifi access tried to ask no answer, or amenities. I will NEVER again stay at one of your hotels. I will go back to Hilton next time they just didnt have a single room and we hated to take one to big.
