For long hours of driving and just need a place to sleep and head back driving again after few hours of rest this is a recommended place for individuals who don’t mind about how it is .

No microwave, no TV, shower in such bad shape I didn't even try to take a shower there. If all you need is a bed and I toilet, this would work for you.

The hotel staff used regular foul language. The room was not ready as they said they had overbooked and were under remodel. The staff said they could put a room together for me as my reservation had been in place for a week. They were going to finish up one of the remodeled room by putting in the new bed and furniture while I went to dinner. When I returned, nothing had been started. The hotel was reluctant to refund my money. Eventually they did after using numerous swear words. This place is not welcoming, poorly represented online, and is in need of being removed as a Wyndham partner. I ended up going to the Red Lion next door and had a wonderful stay. I do not recommend this Travelodge at all!

We booked the room. When we got there, there they said . They had available rooms. They would put my money back on my card. I still haven't received it.

Tons of trash. Broken down rigs rooms are very outdated and just bible was holding up tv. Looks like a lot of people living there permanently shouldn't be even rentable to guest. If alone I wouldn't have stayed and should have tried to stay else where but it was late. Beds were new but pillows and blankets bad I luckily always bring my own blankets and pillows

I was only wanting a place to lay my head so at least it was that. The toilet needed a good scrubbing, the tv didn’t work and although it had a table there was no chair. There was a major gap in the door but at least it locked.

I can’t tell you about my stay. I wasn’t able to check in because the attendant wasn’t at the front desk. I arrived at the Travelodge at 2:50a to check in and no one was around. In the ten minutes I waited. I rang the “night bell” a few times. I yelled out to see if anyone was there or not. I even called the office while I was at the front desk and no one stepped out to help, so my friends and I left to find another place to stay. at 3:05a i made the call to see if anyone was there yet to speak to about getting a refund. Kevin took my call and i relayed to him thay no one was there and he responded by saying that he was there the entire time, in the back office playing his game. He asked for my name and told me that they didn’t have my money. I went to the virtual chat on Hotels.com and chatted with Elaine. she was helpful and courteous but informed me that she couldnt refund me. Kevin told her I checked in and he saw me leave, which was an all out lie. I told her I even have a video of us waiting with Kevin no where in sight! But Elaine couldnt help me without breaking protocol. she isn’t to blame. she was doing her job as trained. Im very displeased and disappointed.

The staff was great. The check in was awesome. But seeing people shooting up drugs while sitting on the staircase, the 7 cars being worked on in the parking lot and the man passed out infront of the vending machine with the needle in his arm was not a great reflection of what the property could be.

No, just avoid. The property is dilapidated; the shower was dirty, the location wasn’t good; the parking lot was dark; other than the staff who was great and friendly - I would never stay here again.

The office smelled like something died in there. The room was absolutely dirty, looked like the previous person left and we got the room directly after. Nothing was wiped down. The shower had mold on it, and the trowels had stains. Definitely learned my lesson and should have turned around when the light to the sign wasn’t even on. Waste of money. Will not be coming back. Please learn how to clean your rooms.

To stay at this little spot right off I-5, you need to CALL them DIRECTLY. Using a platform to book nearly cost me my room! However, the manager sorted it out and got my 2 other guests and myself into 2 rooms at great prices because of the stress and us pulling in at 3:30 am (short stay, only til 11 am the next day). Kevin did everything he could to make it right and put us up for the night. He is wonderful!

I was very disappointed to return to my room Saturday evening and find it had not been made up at all. Bed stripped with new linen but bed not made. Garbage can was full. Front desk was very helpful and attentive when I complained.

This motel is right off the highway. There is a restaurant very next to it. The motel is currently remodeling. The bathroom is brand new. The living area needs some improvements to make it look nicer. Otherwise good place to stop

Have stayed in other hotels by Wyndam. This one is not up to what seems to be their standards. The room was sparse in amenities. At 10:55 am the staff started knocking on the door asking if we were sating another night or checking out. They returned two more times before 11:30 asking the same queston.

The employee at the front desk was nice enough as a person but I would have done things a bit differently had I been in his position. For starters he was relentless when asking if my girlfriend or I had ever stayed there before. I already gave him both ID”s but he still made me go ask her if she had stayed at that location before. I have no idea why this was such a need to know detail that I had to go back to the car to ask but whatever floats his boat I guess. The most irritating part of my stay was the loud power tools being used to renovate the rooms. This started at 7-8am and was ridiculously loud. If I would have known I was going to be woken up at 7 in the morning, I would have paid the extra 8 bucks to stay ar the Red Lion. They should have made a note of the construction and when I expressed my disappointment, something should have been done to reimburse me. It was that bad. Plus they have no lighting in the parking area or the stairway/walkway leading to your room.

We arrived to find they had put construction workers for their renovation in our reserved room, with no warning or communication. No other room could fit our family of 6. They wanted to split our children into 3 rooms. We had to go somewhere else.

the manager was very un-profesional. the lobby smelt very strongly of marijuana. he had no manners and he wasnt even wearing socks and shoes! he carried a very foul oder as if he had been swimming in gym socks and garbage. when I mentioned that I wasnt impressed of the condition of the motel. that I would like to change my reservation. he responded with profanity and refused to give me a refund.

There was no one at the reception for more than 1.5 hours. Toilet did not flush. Building is old.

There were ANY LIGHTS on either the stairs and both the lower and upper levels. I needed to use the flashlight on my phone to see my room. In all honesty, I was really scared as a woman walking alone at night to my room

I hostility didn't like anything about my wife's and i stay there. Honestly it was absolution dirty unfinished construction, unaccomadating and very rude.. i have pictures to prove my story and we coding get our money back!

The staff was awful. The guy at the front desk waited till the second time I came to check in to tell me they overbooked and didn’t have a room for me and my kids. Leaving us scrambling to find a place we could afford to stay at. They are rude and the place is dirty. Do not recommend it.
