When we checked in we were almost done, when we noticed the desk clerk had selected the wrong name and had added all of our personal information to another person's booking. She cleared it and started over, but that was very disconcerting. The hotel called us after we left and left a message, but we couldn't understand it due to the heavy accent and poor English. We hope no issues arise from this stay.
