Overall I was happy with my stay. Good solid room, clean, helpful staff and quiet.

This Mictrotel was great where it mattered most - clean room, quiet at night, front desk staffed around the clock, good TV service and wifi, and reasonable price for the area.

Front desk lady was very nice, helpful, professional. Hotel in need of renovations-my room door didn't fit the door jam, could allow pests or someone to look thru lower door, room refrigerator frozen.

We arrived at the Microtel Inn, inspected the room, observed the conditions of the surrounding area, and left to find another place to stay. My wife said she would not have wanted a dog to stay in such a place. As far as we are concerned, we feel that you, Wyndham Group, and Microtel Inn & Suites of Rock Hill/Charlotte Area robbed us without having to use a weapon. I would not recommend Expedia or any hotels or other travel facilities you represent.

When we arrived the front door wouldn't work. TV in room didn't work, my daughter got stuck in the elevator. My grandson vomited in the front lobby floor and the lady behind the desk thew a towel over the counter and ask me to clean it up because she didn't want to find a mop.

This stay was just a quick stopover on the way home from a long trip. When I checked in I was told there was only one way in or out of the hotel through the front door. What I didn't know was the room key doesn't open that door so every time you had to leave the front desk had to open the door for you. The clerk said the card key should work but it was worn out. The second thing was when taking our bags to the 2nd floor the only elevator got stuck and the doors would not open. After 5 minutes of ringing the bells the clerk yelled that it would be a few minutes and proceeded to shut off the elevator to reset it and then the door finally opened about 6 inches above the 1st floor. Needless to say we never used the elevator again. The bed had only 3 small pillows and there was no way we could both use those small pillows so when I went to the front desk to ask for a pillow she told me the pillows were on the bed. I said I needed another one and after going to housekeeping she said there was no extra pillows. It's a hotel and I am sure there were empty rooms with pillows in them. The last straw was waking up to something biting me and found out there were fleas in the room. I was bitten twice during that night. For what I paid I would never stay in this hotel again.

This hotel is a good find for the price. They are in the process of redecorating the location. Check-in was quick and the clerk was friendly.

Quick overnight trip. Room was clean and comfortable. Elevator didn’t work going down in the morning was the only thing.

The whole hotel smelled like weed and cigarettes. Many things broken or dirty in our room. Towels had stains. Just felt gross sleeping there.

This was the worst stay I ever had

Despite the best efforts of the kind night shift woman, this was a disaster with a family. It might be fine for a solo, or couple traveler. No crib available, no extra pillows, the first room was full smoking, the second was ok. A long, painful check-in process at midnight. Ugh. You get what you pay for, but this is my honest review.
