The laundry room was at the front desk. That horrible smell filled the lobby. I had no hot water for a shower. Overall I would not stay here again but in all honesty it wasn’t bad if I wasn’t looking for luxury.

Stayed out of necessity. Neg: Breakfast is only granola bars/pre packed muffins & coffee. Bed is extremely uncomfortable can feel the support boards. Lots of bugs. Plus: Staff is wonderful/personable and will try to help with whatever you need. Staff pretty much saves the hotel from “extremely” horrible reviews Can pretty much walk to eat or grab whatever you need so location was great.

There was a dead roach in my room. I was already in bed and didn’t mention it and threw it away before my kid seen it and freaked out but I guess it was expected being that it was an extended stay but it was last minute decision stay.

The location is convenient in the heart of Jacksonville with lots of dining options nearby. Overall the hotel provides good value for the price they charge. I stayed here two nights and enjoyed an easy drive to beaches on the crystal coast and Topsail Island.

My sister and I both stayed there same time for a family event. We booked separately, 2 weeks apart. Different names and card but they charged my sister card for both rooms. Roaches in rooms. Won't stay again

We just stayed overnight. Person who checked us in and out was very friendly. Bed was comfortable. We would stay here again when visiting our son at Camp Lejeune.

The door was open when we checked in (at night). There was 1 towel, no toiletries and a huge roach laying on the floor in the kitchen alive. We had to ask for towels and soap. The desk person was very friendly but the cleaning service apparently got sidetracked and didn’t finish the room.

I thought at extended stay the utensils and plates and cups would be in room. They don’t have anything in room. You have to ask and have ask for ice trays

We started out on the 2nd floor but had to be moved to another room because of rowdy kids running the floors at 11:00 at night. The night staff tried their best to help and were very accommodating. They moved us to another room. The rest of the stay was uneventful. We did kill a few roaches but otherwise enjoyed our stay.

When we arrived there were posters of a gentleman who broke into the motel so that definitely didn’t make me as a mother with her 7 year old child feel safe. Then as we were eating dinner these bugs started coming out and onto our food which to find out they were cockroaches and they were everywhere. It was disgusting. They wanted us to switch rooms but I knew that wouldn’t do any good so we left and they refunded me my money back. Had I read the reviews before hand I wouldn’t have ever stayed.

The people working were extremely nice and helpful. The bed was comfortable. The room itself however had absolutely nothing in it for amenities. There was a kitchen but no supplies for the kitchen. No glasses, silverware etc. we had to ask for everything. The elevator was it working so we carried everything to the third floor and down again. I would not recommend staying there.

Great hotel, have stayed hete before. Very pleasant staff and very accommodating to are needs. Only thing I did not like was the side doors where unlocked, when there is a card reader for your room key! Keep the doors locked!
