The desk seating was too low and very uncomfortable to sit very long. The lighting was insufficient as well. The properly light the room.

We enjoyed the hotel very much. The room was spacious, and we loved how it was set up. The breakfast was hot and offered many choices. The only negative thing that we saw, has been mentioned before. The toilet in the spacious bathroom was extremely low to the ground. I don’t think it was even standard height. I don’t know why they did that. Everything else was super.

Friendly staff, clean, lots of shopping and eating options surrounding the area. Breakfast options were great! Tea and coffee stand available 24/7. Two nice bar and grills with a live band was across the street as well. Enjoyed our stay!

I left a shirt in a closet there on a recent stay. After calling the front desk to locate it, I was called back saying they found it and would ship it to me. This was a very pleasant and unexpected outcome. They went above and beyond to help me and for that I am very grateful. Excellent customer service! Thank you!

If i had known my room did not have a window i would have ask for a different room, probably more money. Although i think 116 is a little high for the room and the noisey street

Good price and clean/comfortable room. Only issue was, when I arrived to my room upon check-in, there was a maintence guy in there that could not speak English. He wasn't there long, but it did startle me and my daughter.

Overall this was a good experience. The woman at the front desk was super friendly and helpful. The hotel is an older building but the rooms have been recently updated and feel very modern. The closets were unique - a slim band against the back wall (about 10" deep by about 8 foot wide) with a curtain covering it. You won't recognize it as closet until you pull the curtain open. My one issue was that the fragrance they sprayed in my rooms was too strong for my allergies (I looked at a few rooms and they all had this strong fragrance). Fortunately, the windows do open, and the hotel provided a box fan so that I could push through some fresh air. If you have allergies, I recommend you call ahead an request they not spray your room.

It’s a good hotel without frills. Close to a lot of restaurants and freeway. Pillows were a bit small and flat but other than that it was nice. Employees were very nice also

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Nice to have people that enjoy their customers. Only drawback I would have is I really enjoy a hot tub and they don’t have one but everything was great.

For the price it wasn’t as nice as other Hampton Inns we’ve stayed at. We have had wonderful comforters and bedding at your other hotels in the past. Small room and bathroom. My husband always insists on paying more and staying at a HI, not too sure what we will do on our next trips.

Nice and quiet for great nights sleep. Bed was comfortable, nice rooms. Breakfast was decent and staff was pretty friendly and helpful. Probably best experience at a hotel in awhile. Will stay here again the future easily.
