It seems no matter the time of year the breakfast is the same cold cereal, fruit, yogurt, sausage, scramble eggs, waffles very basic

This hotel has nice size rooms and a good breakfast, but our bathtub/shower was not working and we couldn't shower. There was also a shortage of towels at the pool.

We arrived and had to ring a bell to get the front desk attendants attention. We had to do this 3 other times while we stayed. I'm guessing theres a bit of a staffing shortage. The breakfast was 'meh' at best. It's the same sausage links you get at every hotel boiled in water and served to you. The omelets were filled with that nacho cheese you get in a gallon can... probably labeled "hotel cheese" on the side. Everything else was basically copy and pasted from every other hotel offering a "continental breakfast." It was unremarkable at best. Our room had dusty spots, especially at the A/C unit that seems like it should be cleaned each and every stay, but appears to have been neglected for some time. There was a smell that was in the room that my wife and I believed to be caused by some mold we saw in the shower, which leads me to the other odd issue we had, the plumbing. Every drain was backed up... The sink in the bathroom, the sink outside the bathroom, and the shower. I took a shower and while we were waiting for the water to drain, my wife went into the bathroom to start her shower and noticed the water had barely gone down and there was a spider fighting for it's life while it was swimming in it. The next morning, we saw a plunger outside the room across from ours, so I'm guessing we weren't the only ones having issues. The blankets were thin and so was the mattress (it was about as think as a long-ish book). Staff is nice and hot tub was nice

The big thing was the breakfast. It was not what you expect from Comfort Inn. No waffles, no yogurt, pretty scant. Very disappointing.

The front door wouldn’t open when I step out side my door card would not work so I had to bang on the door until the desk clerk heard me said yes the door was broken and no phone there to call front desk

Room was spacious and clean however could use repairs. Tub had rust stains, loose shower head, missing panel on sink counter, missing tiles in hot tub, etc. Great service from staff and breakfast was above average. We only stayed a night so it wasn't a deal breaker but definitely in need of some maintenance and servicing.

Well they had alot of miss management. Not to many that are friendly w when i all house keeping and giving them trash never replaced with new or i strip my bed had it to them and like they didn't understand so i had to go to front desk and ask about 4 for my linen and towels. And the keys constantly don't work cause 1 they say was only keyed for one day even though we have been here 2 weeks. Every day have to have them rekeyed. The food area definitely needs improvrment. Ex making a waffle. It was 929 and you took utensil a and tongs to take them out with knowing i just put them on and then to the silverware and napkins and 2 days they had no plates had to put everything in bowls. 3 of front desk did a tremendous job but the shifts you can tell wear on them. A gentleman had to work 3rd shift and first shift management should pick up the slack or help his staff.

Pros: Nice location, room size was good, nice staff, pool was good. Has breakfast Cons; Could hear other guests most of the night. Bathroom needed an update. For one night it was perfect.

On the fourth and final night of our stay, I woke up and used the washroom. I lifted a towel off the floor and out ran bugs that were black with a brown stripe. I killed the bugs and took one down to the front desk on a tissue as we checked out. The desk clerk put the bug and tissue into a resealable plastic bag, stating that there was a poster in the back to identify bugs. I confirmed with the desk clerk that the manager would be in later that morning, as we checked out at 6am and that the manager would contact me. That was 4 days ago and I have heard nothing.

The lady who checked me is was very helpful. The room was nice. Was disappointed that someone turned the heat off to the hot tub and pool. Was not able to use them cause they were freezing. The last day of breakfast i was not able to have juice cause the machine was not working.

It seems like the staff might just be sleeping in the back because upon check in the young lady was amazing that checked us in but she left shortly after our arrival and a young man was working the desk after she left, twice after check in I went to the front desk and the first time it was 17 minutes I waited to get service and the second time was 11minutes. The second time I went to the desk was to buy a sprite a 16.9 oz sprite not even a 20 ox bottle and a Klondike bar and Twix ice cream bar, the young man said it would be $27 for 2 ice cream bars and a 16.9 oz Sprite and he explained that each ice cream bar was $8 each and $11 for the “16.9 oz” Sprite at a total of $27 I repeatedly asked him if the price was correct and he assured me it was the right price so I didn’t purchase anything at that time because who would pay that amount for 2 ice cream bars and a soda so I put all the items back but strangely I was still charged $11 for a soda that I put back. The room was okay but the people next to us and above were so loud at 1 a.m. we had to call the front desk to tell them but I think they were too scared to confront the people. The breakfast….ugh the breakfast was horrible and what’s crazy is they have a self serve coke machine that of course doesn’t work but it’s the same bland lame breakfast as the other hotels but on a good note they have cheese omelette and no powdered eggs, also my husband cut his feet on broken glass left in our room so now he has to get a tetanus

The initial view was good. Good front desk service, good interaction. The room was smelly and warm when entered The A/C did t work well to cool off roo. In the evening. The room had a musty smell. Breakfast was what a continental was expected. Had some drain issues but eas resolved in a few days. The pool was a good pool. Needed some cleaning after the 3rd day. Otherwise wasn't a bad hotel.

Perfectly placed for our hockey tournament. Rooms are a little dated but they are spacious and clean. It was a quiet night followed by a good breakfast.

Good value for the money. It has a fairly decent breakfast buffet with two kinds of waffles, breakfast meats, and eggs every day. The kids enjoyed the indoor pool. The staff were all very friendly. The property itself could use some maintenance and some repairs.

Hotel needs updating. Our ac unit was not working and they knew that when they gave us the room! We ended up changing rooms after 24 hours, which was not convenient either. The staff was nice but the hotel just needs upgrades and better maintenance.

Hotel was great, my only request is to please empty the trash and refresh towels of your guests staying past one day. Housekeeping is available upon request but it would have been nice to have our trash emptied with requesting it.

Staff was friendly and helpful. Price was very reasonable. Room was clean but tub faucet leaked a bit and AC/Furnace was a little noisy but overall very satisfied with room. Surrounding area nice felt safe. Would stay there again.

Check in was good. My room was hot and they said they didn’t have maintenance (on a Monday). They changed my room and the mirror fell off the wall while I was showering. Let them know and, surprise, they said they didn’t have a maintenance person. Same breakfast every morning. Housekeeping was rude when I asked for Kleenex. The pool was cold for 3/4 days. there was a RedBull can on the side of the bed(nobody had RedBull). We checked out and drove home and then noticed they charged me $250 for that mirror that fell. It wasn’t pulled. It was anchored in drywall and it’s probably been there for years(decades even). I never got any kind of receipt from them. They keep putting me on hold and then hanging up on me when I call.

I was surprised by the spacious layout. It was pretty nice for the price. Had a heat lamp and vent in the bathroom (for me a vent is definitely a bonus). There were three separate sinks, a kitchenette. Separate bedroom and entertainment area both with TV. They had a pool and hot tub. Overall I felt it was a great deal for the price and met all my needs.
