Not a clean place to stay.

We requested for nonsmoking room but there was a bad odor at the door and recliner. And the curtains was broken and lights were coming in from outside. And the chairs are not clean.

breakfast as frugal as one gets but hey we have a kitchen FRY IT UP Marion was the best Outstanding attitude and friendliness

The manager Jeff is just amazing. He can tell not only does he value his job but he takes it seriously. He doesn't treat customers bad at all he is very understanding and over all a pleasure to rent from

It was ok but not worth the money when we still had to go out and get breakfast and all our meals.

Having the kitchen

The didnt have a pan for us to cook with and no coffee pot. The front desk lady was rude never got up off her chair and Disappeared when I told her we would be right back for my check out receipt. It was very upsetting the way I was treated! Also The front desk people told us when we got there there would be no complimentary breakfast all week, due to them being out of everything. I would like to be refunded for a couple of night s for our inconvenience!! Thank you!!

At night when things calm down it is a very nice area to take walks. Parking was always available. The room has nice storage with shelves in the closet area.

Staff availability. Only two washing machines working, not enough for a hotel with many guests.

cleanliness of the doggy poop area. the trash was overflowing for several days, but was finally taken care of.

Property was clean.

This property had next to nothing. No lobby, no lounge area, breakfast was NOT a breakfast: grab & go Coffee, oatmeal or granola bar. No ice machines. My fridge didn’t work. Elevator didn’t work, so I had to carry my suitcase up 3 flights of stairs which was fine. Bed comforter was very thin and felt like I was just sleeping with a sheet.

Never again…?

Location

Everything else. Elevator broke and didn’t get fixed …. It’s still not fixed. No window screen. Couldn’t open the curtain for two weeks. No room cleaning service. No toilet paper. No kitchenware. No nothing. Very disappointed.

Door was so hard to open. Curtain wouldn’t shut well. Got stuck.

Staff is wonderful. It's berry clean, quiet and private.

It kinda sucks that we pay so much and they don't have the amenities that are offered on website.
