When we first arrived Brianna helped us at 4am on Saturday. Our reservation was Friday at midnight. She helped us still book our room even though we were late to the check in time and got our family a room!!
The suites are newly renovated, clean and comfortable! Such a beautiful place!!
Front desk is not available when you call (we called 4x) and they are not willing to give you extra towels complimentary???

The front desk staff that checked me in were great accommodates my early check in. I had been waiting across the street to check in since 9am and they couldn’t come up with a single room. So I booked here and requested an early check in at first there was going to be a charge but it was waived and I was very grateful. I wish I could recall their names. I work in the hotel industry and know how important it is to be recognized for good work. So thank you
I didn’t really care for the paid sheets and towels option also there are no utensils at all no silverware, cups, bowls, nothing. Also no towels for dishes or counter clean up. I just found it very inconvenient.
