I wouldn’t recommend

Parking availability.

The room. The beds were disgusting and nasty. The toilet clogged and they told me they will bring me a plunger to plunge the clogged toilet. When getting ready to take a shower the bathtub was also clogged.

Passable

Need cover had blood on it and when telling check in person, they said they knew. Why would they put cover in bed if they knew it had blood on it?

Disappointing

The bath tub was dirty had what looked like dried blood in it, the beds were uncomfortable, plus there was people yelling and banging on the walls, I usually stay here but I'm starting to think twice

The room was clean and spacious, and the price was affordable.

I booked this property because of the full breakfast option as well as the hot tub. Both were a disappointment. The hot tub wasn’t useable as there was barely any water in it, not even up to the jet level. The water that was in there didn’t stay warm. The breakfast options were very sparse. Aside from the eggs and sausage, I’ve seen continental breakfast’s have more variety.

Great location, but not clean.

I liked that they offered breakfast, a gym, and was pet friendly in case my daughter decided to come over with her dog. The room size was excellent!!

I specifically booked a room here because they had a gym and served breakfast. When I went to go workout the next morning, I noticed SEVERAL key weights were missing. All that were left were 5lbs or 40+. Which for a woman, that's not going to work. Then I noticed the wallpaper peeling from the walls. After further examination, there was tons of black mold growing behind it. The breakfast had watery, slimy eggs and was in two sections so you had to run into people on your way to getting breakfast multiple times. Lots of extra steps were necessary just to complete your breakfast due to the crappy setup. I'm the bathroom, as I sat down to go potty, I noticed the floors and baseboards. They were disgusting. Filth and hair caked into the crevices. So gross!! And for paying over $400 for 2 nights I expected WAY better.

Comfortable beds,but facilities need TLC.

Staff was accommodating when approached. Most of the reception staff was polite.

Breakfast lady over the weekend was not pleasant and somewhat rude. Breakfast was not great. Coffee was water, even after several guest on different days complained of how diluted it was. Bathrooms are old and not very clean. Had to request a room change due to how dirty, run down. Tv not working, no coffee pot.(Room 104). The pool was ok, but in need of a good deep cleaning. There is visible yellowish stuff on top. Ceiling is peeling.

Fine

We asked for service for the room but when we returned, nothing was done. The breakfast from 8 am was still there after 10 pm. The sheets weren't changed and the towels were not replaced.

No elevator

The continental breakfast

In addition to my last review: When we arrived, and after we paid, we were told the elevators were not working. When we asked for a first-floor room, we were told none were available. We had to take all our luggage up to the second floor, stair way only. No one offered to help. A paper taped to the stairway door stated the elevator, which was being worked on, was dated March 18, and we arrived on March 31!

Exceptional

Reign or rain... however you spell his name was absolutely amazing!! We had a bit of turmoil and he got us a room and everything was quick. It really saved us after a 20+ hour drive. Even after he worked with us while we were getting our housing situation figured out. Truly an amazing experience. Thank you reign/rain!

Extremely disappointed at the decline of this hotel since our last visit.

Location, pool, breakfast

This is a repeat stay for us and it was so disappointing! No housekeeping services. First morning no milk for cereal, soda machine and another marked "OUT OF ORDER". Front desk just says, sorry, we are short of help! I'm sorry, that's not okay, I didn't get what I was paying for! I would put dirty towel out, but housekeeping did not replace them! They could at least emptied the trash! it was overflowing! I tried to ask the housekeeping staff, none spoke English. the guy who helped put breakfast out was also running the front desk during checkout! I wanted a refund, or discount'. I talked to a nice gal at the front desk the night before checking out! She apologized, but, didn't try to set things right! I think part of my repeat stay should have been comped! Also, we use the stairway and it is filthy! the elevator was clean. But, I like to do the stairs for exercise. Each day we had to go get our keys reprogrammed! it was like they checked us out! Same with internet! we got logged out daily! I'm sure there is more! But, that is enough for now.

All in all we were happy with our stay.

It was nice to have a hot breakfast to start the day. My family and I all enjoyed the pool, and hot tub! The beds were comfortable. Generally nice stay!

Maybe more staff as to not overwork the ones that you have.

Wonderful hotel!

We liked everything about this hotel. Very clean. Wonderful beds. Wonderful staff. We stayed for two nights and would definitely stay again!

The Tv didn't work in the bed room no signal and in the other room the batteries didn't work on that Tv.. There was only 1 wash cloth and the women that worked the front desk didn't put the WiFi Number on the card and didn't put what time breakfast started and when it ended

We had a lovely stay, clean, safe and fun.

the rooms were nice and clean, and we were able to keep cool with the a/c. Happy with the included breakfast.

The elevator was small. The room card only worked sometimes to let you in from the outside door. check in took a while. There’s usually only one person at the front desk.

Air conditioner vent was blocked by bed do most of room was too warm. Key system was down so staff had to let us in our room every time we returned to hotel.
