You get what you pay for, it’s not anything amazing but it was great for what we needed. For the price it is a great place to stay, the airport shuttle was very appreciated and the breakfast was better than expected!

I was welcomed by Carlina and Venisecia at front desk. This is one of the best hotels I’ve been, very close to the airport. Clean rooms, and very polite people . I will come back .

Only good thing was there was a golf course in the back, at night it's loud one can hear everything that s going on in the next room, toilet got clog, I booked for 2 days next Morning I left for town, when I came back that afternoon my card was deactivated. Total mess, I will never stay there again,and don't recommend Leep Inn to anybody.

When we got in the bed, my husband noticed a dirty spot (looked like feces) It was After 11 pm so he pushed it aside and used the bedspread. Should not have happened! Yuck!

Nicely/newly renovated. Handy airport shuttle. Good Wifi in the room. few minor things, pool is only open till 5pm and the rooms have thin walls it seemed as it was fairly guest noisy.

Our room had no closet, no drawers, and no desk. The only things in the room were two beds, a small nightstand, mini fridge, microwave, and a rolling desk chair with no desk. No flat surface at all. Unacceptable for $150 per night. They gave us a 30% discount - but room was still very uncomfortable. They ran out of breakfast. In morning they received a lot of products that they piled in the hallway making it difficult to roll luggage. Won’t stay there ever again when traveling.

Pleasant enough stay, the rooms my friends and I occupied were clean and comfortable enough. Our only complaint was that we wished to use the bag store before checking in but there was insufficient room to accommodate our 4 suitcases. The breakfast was a little disappointing - not a great choice and dining area rather cramped.

Everything was great. They are still doing construction in the lobby area. The rooms are all freshly remodeled and very comfortable. Shuttle service to airport was great also.

The Shuttle service was great. The staff was friendly. The breakfast could have been better. They were very stingy with it. Maintenance kept knocking on my door, claiming it was an accident. The room wasn't bad. When the construction is done it will be nicer.

Room exceeded our expectations. Beautiful hotel with gorgeous rooms. Perfect for when we cruise out of Miami. Love that the have Beekman1802 products in the bathroom.

Stay was fine. Bed was old and lumpy but room was clean and secure and quiet. They are under renovation so hopefully they upgrade the beds but otherwise it’s affordable and pleasant enough for a night. Would stay again if stuck overnight waiting for flights.

We booked here looking for just a place to sleep. Limited budget, unexpected trip. We looked for a cheap place near the airport. We got exactly what we paid for. The place was in the middle of a remodel, and looks like it might take a few years to complete. Lobby was totally torn up. Parking lot full of Dumpsters, shipping containers, and equipment. Lots of sketchy looking people hanging around. The pungent smell of burning marijuana in the parking lot and hallways. Staff were not unpleasant but seemed disinterested. Returned to our room after a long stressful day to find we were locked out of room. Went to front desk and were blamed for keeping the key card near a cell phone?? Outside doors at stair wells were propped open at night allowing anyone (non guests) to enter without key or passing through lobby. I will say that the room we got had already been refurbished and was clean and comfortable. If you need a cheap place to stay near the airport, this will do. Be careful and don't set your expectations above 2 stars.

Lobby is being renovated, but check in was great. A young man checked us in on 2/12/2024 at around 3pm. Very nice and quick check in. The room was very clean. Bed was soft and cozy. Lots of stores nearby. Area is a little iffy, especially at night, but that's not the hotels fault. Had a great night. Would def consider staying here again.

We were in a renovated hotel room which was nice & clean, the bed was comfortable and everything was working. Breakfast was good (waffles, bagels, muffins, eggs, sausage, fruit, yogurt, juices/milk/coffee). I have two complaints which is why I rated this hotel with only 2 stars. The check-in process was LONG; it felt like 20-30 min to verify our reservation, get a deposit, sign an agreement, and get hotel keys. It really should have only taken 5-10 minutes. Secondly, I was traveling with an infant and one of the reasons I chose this hotel is because they offered free cribs which I needed since we were flying into Miami. I called ahead twice to see what I needed to do to reserve a crib. I was reassured both times that I would just need to ask the front desk, and they would be able to provide me one at no charge. Well, during the check-in process, I said I would need a crib and then the hotel lady informed me that they didn't have access to the room where they were kept... WHAT!?! ...and I would have to wait 'til 11PM when the next shift person came who did have access. So after traveling all day with an infant, I was now expected to wait to put my baby to bed unless 11PM?? This is totally unacceptable in my book. The staff on shift should have access to all guest accommodations. On top of that the hotel lady gave me attitude about the crib situation. I was not impressed and upset that I could not put my baby to bed after a long day of traveling.

Hotel is under major renovation. We are on the 2nd floor. Very nice updated rooms. New carpets…painted..very clean. Breakfast room is under construction..no hot breakfast. They hand out breakfast to go bags..coffee available.

Staff is so rude and seems frustrated with work. No breakfast serving available due to renovation which is not mentioned anywhere only to go grab packets are given which are not upto mark. They were so rude when we went to pickup breakfast. They said only 1 pack left we were 4 person but fr next party they brought grab boxes from inside. No apology & no explanation. Only kept saying its like tht only. Definitely chck with them for renovation. Lot of noise comes due to renovation which is again disturbing .

The rooms should not have been rented to guests, the whole floor was a construction site, couldn't get down the corridor to my room with the amount of construction workers, woken early by workers hammering on the wall of the room.

On check-in, there were two women behind the counter. The people in front of us were checking in and it was taking a very long time. They couldn’t find their information and I was there with my ID and confirmation ready in my hands. We asked if the other women could help us, and she said “no”.

Probably the best thing about the hotel is what its name suggests 'sleep'. The rooms are comfortable and modern with piping hot showers coffee in the room and nice pillows. The breakfast room was too small to accommodate so many people and the breakfast needs an upgrade with fewer packaged options and more freshly baked items. It could include more healthy or vegetarian options like salads cheese tomatoes cucumbers and an omelette and pancake station would be nice too. The waffle and tea/coffee section was good though. The pool area is adjacent to the hotel but the pool was cold - it was February: (only the birds can take a bath sorry). the surrounding area of the hotel although conveniently close to the airport is unappealing with few or no points of interest and limited food options The complimentary free shuttle service to and from the airport however is a bonus

I’ll be honest, I just needed a few hours nap and a shower and was looking for a decent rate for a place to rest on a layover. I was pleasantly surprised by how nice this location is! Check in at almost 1am was a breeze, and staff was friendly. The property and rooms were very clean and I felt safe (young female traveling alone). The room was updated with nice carpet, paint and bedding (which was soft), and the mattress was comfortable. For the rate and quality, I was very happy, even for a brief stay. I’ll be back when in the area.
