I loved it felt like a resort and everyone was very helpful. Beautiful lake view from room and at breakfast and nice short walk to see castle ruins. Breakfast was great but I loved dinner more. We ate at the bar (the dining room was booked) and it was incredible. The desserts were out of this world yummy! The waiter ask us our next day plan and even recommended some stops. Wish we had stayed more nights. Best hotel in our Ireland trip hands down.

We had a suite and it was incredibly nice…facing the lake. Room service was fast, hot and delicious. Wonderful views and right on the Ring of Kerry. Would definitely stay here again.

Loved this property. Absolutely beautiful room, restaurants, and hotel. The grounds were spectacular with amazing views, walkable trails, and even some deer on our evening stroll. Thoroughly enjoyed the thermal suite as well.

From the check-in to checkout the staff were excellent. The hotel is beautiful, it's location on the lake was nice as well.
