Room was clean. Property is pleasant to look at. Attendant was courteous. (You probably will have to call them to come when you arrive though. And it may be a few minutes. If you have been traveling all day and just want to get in the room quick, this may be a bit of a disappointment.)
It does look like some deferred maintenance is starting to catch-up, too.
Pancake maker was not working. Drip in the shower. Coffee maker in the breakfast room was inconsistent.
Having said all that, I would stay again. I suspect many of my concerns will be addressed before peak traveling season.
