If we knew this place was a distressed persons encampment that housed dogs and homeless near/on the property, we would have never booked. Although the service was kind and friendly, the out-dated everything and the poor condition of the entire property….. we won’t be back. It needs lots of work all around.

Things are going good until about 3:00 in the morning the fire alarms went off there were people bouncing around everywhere not knowing what to do or where to go I want a fire alarm goes off in a hotel it's pretty serious business hotel staff had nobody there to tell anybody anything so people were back and forth in the hallways it could have been a totally disaster the alarm was so loud in the rooms that you couldn't stand it you had to get out couldn't get to sleep after that so kind of ruined my whole day I mean just killed it yeah it was it was bad hopefully next time I would better stay this time now and then try to get an hour extension to stay there that was a hassle I wanted to have a reason why the accident the fire alarm had nothing to do with anything you should be a little more curious about those things because if you've ever been in a fire before is itserious thing. The hotel staff definitely needs to go through what to do if a fire alarm goes off I've never seen anything like that I think they should comp everybody that was there at free night

Door key would not work then asked for additional towels and was told I needed to bring my used ones up to get new ones. There were 2 of us in the room with 3 towels NOT ENOUGH

the room look like a hotel 6 there was not smoke detector broke off the bathroom tub was cracking when you take a shower it felt like it was going to break through we also found a toothbrush on top of the mirror like the bathrooms were never cleaned. never staying there again.

Check in was easy. The coffee for breakfast was really good. It is difficult to distinguish a hotel that has simple breakfast and eggs, pancakes, etc. So the breakfast was okay. The room was very comfortable. I did not realize there was a full refrigerator and a stove top. The refrigerator made some noise now and again which woke me up a few times but I am a light sleeper. I'd stay again.

The first level room was noisy, my elderly mother was unable to rest overnight. The first front desk attendant was unable to locate another room, understood that the booking was done by a “third party vendor”. Second front desk attendant was helpful and had empathy towards my mother’s needs.

Inside of hotel dirty, room run-down. People loitering about at front desk and out front in drive. Felt very uncomfortable. Some strange guy at front desk just standing there listening in to information given such as my telephone # when asked for it by counter person. Weird

Food stuck to the stove burner, hair on the comforter, roaches on the wall. However staff was very friendly and personable. I do know they said they were running with one maid.

We checked in and while walking to the room noticed that the hallways were dirty, hadn’t appeared to be vacuumed any time recently. We didn’t think much of that until we got to the room and began to settle in, when my wife noticed two roaches casually walking about in the bathroom unfazed by light or our presence. We immediately packed up and checked out. The only saving grace to this experience was the desk worker, Ana, who was apologetic and didn’t try to talk us in to staying in another room. She was gracious and didn’t pressure us given our expressed discomfort with the cleanliness of the room.

Run down, staff disappears, broken facet in tub kept water running all night. Back entrance at parking lot had a broken key entrance so the back security doors worked half the time. Only positive about the place was that they did not have homeless around the area.

Overall stay was a 6/10. Elevators were dirty and smelled like dog pee & poop. Our toilet and bathtub had two huge stains just looked dirty. I’ve stayed in other hotels where housekeeping comes by to clean up the room put fresh new towels when the guest are not in their rooms but that was not that case here. I had to go down to the front desk to ask for more towels and toilet paper.

I have stayed at worse places. It wasn’t horrible just ok for the price. There were bugs in the room I killed before the kids saw them. I probably won’t stay there again. Smelled like marijuana outside. Lots of smokers staying there.

Not what we signed up for in that area. Dingy hallways, hardly any staff around, keys did not work for the back door so from where we parked had to walk all the way around to the front entrance and found and killed several roaches in our room. Never again will we stay at an Extended Stay America. Spend the extra money and go to a Marriott or Hilton.
