I stayed here for one night while in town for a concert. The room was big and clean, with a kitchenette and plenty of space. I was very impressed with the rooftop views. Service was good and the location can’t be beat. I would gladly stay here again.

Parking was $50 per night which is good. Room was clean and neat. Got 2 drink vouchers for the Irish Pub next door. Rooms were quite and cozy. Great location for visiting the musems and Sabrina's .Great breakfast .

The toilet flooded to the point where we had towels on the ground, and it felt like an imposition to have it fixed. Fixtures & chairs were broken, and the the telephone was even plugged in. We could not control the temperature of the room. I travel a ton for work, and this was the WORST experience of the the last 4 years.

Check in had us a little frazzled. We had sleeping kids in the car but had to use the valet parking, but couldn’t turn around to let them finish their naps. Not a huge deal, but was unexpected. Room was clean, and the few items that were missing were brought up quickly. Irish pub next door had great food.

It was wonderful. It was my birthday and all of the front desk ladies were excellent. They were very nice, gave me a little complimentary upgrade and some drink tickets as a 'birthday gift.' There were three African American women who were especially friendly, professional and accommodating. I had here names but misplaced them...sorry ladies. It was an older hotel, but well mantained and nicely located. Will definitely stay again.

The first room we got smelled like a gas station bathroom. The $250 security deposit was not expected and upseting beause I needed that money for my trip.

What a wonderful stay. A beautiful room with a fantastic view of Philadelphia. Friendly, helpful staff and of course, a Great Location. I'll be staying here for my future visits to Philly.

The entire stay was nice. It was my first time staying at the Windsor Suites. I stayed for a family’s birthday and it was amazing. The gentleman who checked me in was friendly and attentive. I definitely plan on staying again.

King bed balcony suite was okay. The view at night was gorgeous. The bed wasnt very comfortable and there were a few things that were extremely worn down. The lounge area is also only available to the 24th floor guests which i thought was odd considering its the main focus when looking at the accommodation galleries.

We loved our stay at the Windsor Suites. The staff was friendly and the room was spacious and clean. We were able to walk to so many cool Philadelphia destinations from the hotel, and felt very comfortable leaving our dog in the room for a few hours while we got dinner. Would highly recommend staying here.

I stayed here 5night for a stay-cation! and I was so happy with everything, Staff, pub, and little amenities were great. will be coming here again! I did wish that the root top was open later due to my wanting to just relax and love the idea that I could have been just in my little world but still loved it!

The hotel was a bit of an inconvenience due to the parking situation at the property. I was unaware there was suites available for rent to live, along with the valet parking garage being open to the public. This alone was a huge inconvenience having to wait 10-20 minutes each morning for valet to retrieve my vehicle for work. All in all, I would not recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Philadelphia for work.

We paid extra for access to the rooftop lounge, and we went up there each day of our stay, at different times during the day. The coffee machine wasn't working until the morning of our check-out, and there were almost never any snacks available. Even on the morning of our check-out, there was nothing left for breakfast. Felt like a waste of money.

Check in was horrible. When we arrived they told us our room wasn’t ready and it would be about 15-20 minutes so we could have a seat in the lobby. After 45 minutes we asked if our room was almost ready, a new lady told us there was no way to tell when our room would be ready. We continued to wait. After over an hour our room was finally ready. We were handed our keys and told “your room number is in there.” We weren’t told how to get to the elevators, anything about the hotel, check out or how to work the elevators. Thank goodness the other guests were friendly and advised us that we needed our room keys to use the elevator or we never would have gotten to our room. The tv in our room didn’t work, but after the disaster at check in we weren’t even going to deal with them to try to get that fixed. The best part of the hotel was the convenience of the location. Otherwise I would never stay there again.

The rooms are good size but the beds are very uncomfortable and not stable. Room service does not replace the dirty towels, they just take them away!

At 8 AM, there was loud drilling right above our room. It didn’t stop, but the staff was extremely kind and allowed us to extend our checkout for no cost due to the circumstances. It really dampened our stay though, since we were only there for one night.

Very convenient hotel, can walk to everything we wanted to see. Pet friendly, beds were comfortable, good size kitchen. Overall great apart from the noise. Busy road so always noise from that bit you can get used to that. There was a party in the room above us until about 3.30 in the morning so terrible sleep that night. Apart from that, stay was excellent.

Check in was smooth, the room was great until we saw the biggest bedbug I’ve ever seen crawling on the pillow. The front desk was super apologetic and comped our room and valet. We changed rooms and were upgraded to a bigger room, that was bug free. The new room was nice but the tv in the bedroom didn’t work properly.

Price was good and room was large. Floor wasn't clean, including dead bug and large visible food particles when we arrived. Drain was clogged. Room was noisy, fake wood flooring, and elevator noises echoed throughout. Parking added 50% onto the cost. No room service for short stays is obvious cost cutting and not about safety as they claim.

The price for the square footage was phenomenal and you can't beat the location, but it was Nyeesha that made Windsor a must stay. She was kind, professional and accommodated us at every turn. I've stayed in 40 hotel this year, this was the most memorable because of Nyeeshas amazing service and caring for both my elderly mother and our newborn. Make her the GM and pain the rooms... You'll have a 5 star hotel!!!

Overall rating: 7/10. Our suite, was huge with comfy bed and large bedroom with balcony overlooking the city. The bathroom in our room was rusty and not clean at all. The staff at the front desk made it up to us however. The Irish Pub on the ground level was absolutely fantastic with live music and great food. The pool was closed but the gym was one of the best Ive ever seen. clean towels were provided as well as water and equipment was good quality. Gym is on the highest floor of the hotel.

Large size studio apartment with refrigerator, stove , micro, nicely decorated,. Two independent restaurants in the building were very good and attached parking garage made for an easy relaxing stay.
