The front staff when we checked in wasn’t friendly and was slightly rude. The first room we were given was not cleaned yet. The second room was but was on the other side of the hotel. It was fairly clean. The floors were mopped but hadn’t been swept first. When we pulled back the one sheet there was black lint everywhere. It freaked out my son who thought it was bugs. We went to use the micro wave and it was full of food that hadn’t been cleaned out by housekeeping. (I would’ve thrown it away but it smelled so bad) I let the front staff know and he didn’t seem to care. Later I called down to get extra pillows (2). The girl was super nice but could only find one for us and was apologetic. You can hear every movement everyone makes all night long. My kids kept waking up. Breakfast was basic only waffles and muffins. Overall it definitely wasn’t worth the price. We came down for a memorial and it was just over night and the cost was kinda ridiculous. Won’t stay here again.

I walked into the lobby, which was filthy and had to wait 20 minutes for someone to come to the counter. Clearly she was taking a smoke break (and she wasn’t smoking cigarettes). That gave me ample opportunity to decide I did not feel safe staying at this location. The clerk refused to cancel my reservation.

Jacuzzi was nice. It's outdoors so it is weather perfected. The heated pool was perfect. Cookies in the afternoon were a cute touch.

Take my advice and stay elsewhere! We heard drag racing out front for days. The AC is old and barely worked. We checked in an midnight and the front desk never mentioned you have to REQUEST housekeeping!! After 2 days we assumed we would receive it since there was barely any supplies there to begin with (including toilet paper) we hadto argue with the clerk to get clean towels and tp. The hotel says "newly remodeled " but a lot of the old filth remains.

I made reservations on Travelocity for 4 nights. I was delayed and missed the first night. I was charged for the first night which is standard practice and I had no issue with that. When I called the next morning (Appx 7:00AM) to tell them I was on my way and would be there for the balance of my reservation, they informed me it had been cancelled. I asked them to re-reserve the room for the balance of my stay and they quoted me nightly rates $40 each more than what I had agreed to. I stayed somewhere else where they were happy for my business.

We could close the darkening curtain and room was lit because of outside light and was hard to sleep. The toiletries were not great.

When we arrived to check in there was no restroom to use until we had checked into our actual room. Once we were in our room we called for extra pillows and were told there were none. The toilet ran CONSTANTLY the whole time we were there and overflowed once in the middle of the night and the front desk person could not leave the front desk to help us. (Leave to get a plunger or towels) coffee was terribly watered down very minimal continental breakfast.

It was actually a quiet, decent, clean hotel. Only thing was the bathroom was pretty small and even had to adjust the toilet fill a couple times to get it to stop running. Was a quiet night though.

No bathrooms in lobby for customers. Thats unacceptable! Room doors are always slamming when door self close. We can even hear it slamming 10 rooms down! Cant sleep! They need to fix all the doors!

I really enjoyed how the lady at the desk made check-in and enjoyable and worry free experience. She kindly exchanged a room to fit my wheelchair bound sister's needs. That's what I would call above and beyond in a hotel. Kudos to her

The bed was very comfortable and so were the pillows. The air conditioner cycled on and off, in rhythm with the mini frig- it was so loud that you could not sleep. We stopped in early to see about leaving out bag before our check so they would not be in 103-degree heat for next few hours, and they offer for us to sit them right by the exit door until our check in time.... no security whatsoever. We took the chance with the heat. The coffee was not drinkable, and the breakfast was not what you would expect for a $250 dollar room. Not impressed at all-we travel often and will not stay in another Baymont.

My rennovated room was disgusting. Sink faucet didn't cover the whole and when I turned on the shower it broke away from the caulk and shifted to the right leaving a whole. Gross and dirty small shower ! I would not recommend this property to anyone !

Nothing special. Building seems older than the pictures seem to allure to. Rooms need a refresh. Seems like this hotel was purchased by Wyndham and they are in the process of refreshing it. Free breakfast was just bagels and basic things. No eggs or hot breakfast of any type

We stayed with our two small children, one a baby. Pros: -Service was great. They brought the pack and play up for us. -Pack and play was free. -There was some renovation obviously within the last 10 years -Continental breakfast -Pool -Exercise room Cons: -Some loud neighbors in the halls at night -Floor was dirty -A/C ancient--rattled intermittently throughout the night -Suspicious stain on sheet(?) -Shower dripped the whole time and had obviously done so for years due to the build up on the faucet -Light switch next to front door didn't work. -Barely any clearance between the massive bathroom door and toilet -No lights except in bathroom and above sink. The rest were lamps. -Pretty sad continental breakfast. Not much left by 8 or so. Obviously they don't stock it enough. It was barely clean enough to stay. We won't be staying again.
