We had a room on the first floor. Customer service is great. Room had a bad order to it. We just sprayed in there. Needs a couple upgrades but comfortable. They need to add a couple items for the continental breakfast that are gluten free. The only thing they had was yogurt. Chex cereal is a great option. There wasn’t any type of fruit. They had instant oatmeal but that is not GF either. Some places offer Cheerios but those tend to bother a lot of GF consumers. I did let the front desk know about the odor and the screen that was all bent up. This is not our first visit and will go back again.

The room had cake or something on the edge of the mirror. Overall it was dingy. The woman at the front desk was very kind and friendly when she greeted us.

We have stayed multiple nights probably close to ten times in the past six years. This hotel provides a fairly clean, comfortable room at a reasonable price and at a convenient location for us. Improvements would include better maintenance and more variety of breakfast items. Carpeting and decor plus some furnishings were replaced several years ago. The desk clerks are all helpful and pleasant.

No elevator for the second floor. Free Continental breakfast only had waffles, bagels, cereal, yogurt, and small pastries (no scrabble eggs, sausage, gravy or biscuits), maybe due to nearby family restaurant (Great Lakes). No decaf coffee. Quiet area, not many guests at this time of the year. Friendly staff.

I was worried when I realized I booked at an American Inn and Suites. I have left them before for being awful but this one was GREAT! Updated, comfortable bed, great staff, super clean and breakfast was a standard continental but no complaints.

My wife and I needed to use their on-site washer and dryer, the machines took quarters, but the front desk couldn’t exchange quarters for our bills and there was no change machine in the laundry area. Very inconvenient for travelers.

The front desk clerk was very friendly upon check in, room was clean, beds and pillow’s comfortable. Good location, plenty of parking. The only bad thing was the walls are VERY.

The workers were incredible and helpful. The hotel itself could use some updates. Our deadbolt lock didn’t work in our room, the shower curtain holder was coming off the wall. But other than that, it was a nice quiet hotel for a night away.

I was disappointed that over my 3 day stay housekeeping forgot to refill something each day. Ist was coffee, then was cups, then was sugar/cream. Not a big deal, just annoying.

It was okay, but just ok. They don’t have a printer (out of toner), the internet wouldn’t stay connected, the 2nd floor ice machine was broken, no elevator to 2nd floor just stairs, people were having trouble with the waffle maker at breakfast. Small things but we were really tired and it was inconvenient.

Easy on and off the highway. Close to store for quick shopping. Used the laundry facilities at hotel which was helpful and easy. Peaceful area as it was midweek and off season. Mattresses were super soft ( not my preference).
