The room was comfortable. The TV had enough channels to find something of interest. The room was spacious enough for 2 people.

Took forever to check in. Nobody was in front. Finally got to my room and it was dirty cookies and crackers under the bed the floor look like it had fresh chewing gum on it. Have eaten food in the fridge. And no remote.

I’ve asked for clean sheets on one of the beds if looked as if something was spilled on them. I was told it will get changed never did. My daughter cut her foot through her crocs there was a metal piece stick up from the doorway script. I also had to get my own tissue, switch out the towels. I was told by front desk they are running out of tissue they can only give one I had 4 people in my room.

My family and I stayed 3 days and 2 nights, when we got there everything was good until I took a shower and grabbed the towel and there was a roach crawling behind it 😔 but the front desk clerk did reimbursed me for a half day back because of the mishap. There on the go Breakfast was oatmeal, muffins and coffee! So I suggest you bring your own breakfast food to cook on the stove that they provide you. Other than that it was an okay Stay.

Front desk person was very nice. The check in and check out was quick and efficient. The room was ok. Stains on the carpet and closet was messed up. Smelled like weed and the halls were pretty dirty. I wouldn’t stay there again.

Absolutely awful. We have stayed at extended stays in the past. No expectation of daily cleaning/room service etc. I did expect the room to be decently clean, it wasn’t. Also didn’t expect to be hit with the stench of weed smoke the moment we opened our doors. Absolutely disgusting

Very convenient location. The staff was very pleasant. First thing was when we got to our room. There was an old shower chair sitting in the middle of the bathroom that did not look very clean and was not requested so I placed it in the hallway. We were in room 301 right next to the stairway door. It was not a controlled close on the door so every time someone enters or leaves the door slams very loudly and rattles the entire room, waking us up all throughout the Night, also, there was something wrong with the showerhead and it leaked continuously after we took showers when we got up in the morning our bathroom floor was a huge puddle of water from the dripping and then splattering onto the floor. The shower would not completely shut off. We now know why the floor was warped Halfway through the night our heater started making a loud, clicking noise so we had to turn it off Just some simple updates like a replacement of a shower as necessary in that room I would say again for the location and the price

The overall cleanliness and comfort of the room is okay. The TV only has a few basic channels with only one that works sometimes. Wifi doesn't work at all. Not good

Andrew, Alliyah, Briana, and Joel great smiles.I appreciated that. They were very accomodating. Coffee was good. These is a hardworking team. Hallways always clean.My room was very comfortable. Easy access anywhere. They suggested a great place for food. Rumba Cubana(yum). I was raised in the area and feel as though I made some new friends. Great Job Team. All the best. Good location for American Dream and MetLife Stadium. Room pretty basic but clean. Hallway needed cleaning – debris directly outside our room. Staff at reception pleasant.

I felt that the sheets and towels were not washed very well. When I inspected the bed and sheets there was hair from another person. I quickly took it off. The towels instead of being white was a grey like color in some parts. There was really bad food smells in the hallway that lingered in. Also the peep hole is huge and felt as anyone could peep in. The safety hook was smaller to my liking and wish it would have been bigger.

They provide at least a clean and comfortable bed, but also a low aesthetic standard of the room and bathroom. Movement from this place is limited, you must have your own car or take a taxi.

The first room she gave us at the front desk. We carried all our luggage up to the second floor to open the door to find the room has not been clean. The couch is pulled out. Someone slept on. The bed was tore up, or someone slept on it I went back downstairs to get another key, she gave me the room right above it but I should say also she was never at the front desk any of the times that I went there. She was always away so I had to stand there and wait for at least five minutes for her to come back and they were two people in the lobby I assume they live there saying she will be back. The tub had rust in it. The floor rug was wet and dirty. Also as you leave out the back exit it look like they may have evicted someone because it was a lot of personal items belonging to someone piled in the hallway. It wasn’t a good experience. I definitely will not stay here and I stay there because we’re doing a bigger trip in January and I wanted to bring some friends down a few other couples. This will not be the place we stay one thing the bed was comfortable. However, there were two other people in the lobby. Also complaining about something with their room. I never waited around to listen.

The hotel is well located, close to Manhattan and other popular places. My experience with the person at check in was not the best, he barely talk, gave us wrong directions to our room, gave us a room that was not ready, I had to go back to the front desk a couple times and again he barley talk, he mentioned a discount but I haven’t see anything yet not even my receipt. Thanks to the housekeeping lady that did a good effort to get the room ready quickly. The microwave in the room is all rusted same as the stove and bathtub, the phone wasn’t working, I had to go to the front desk to pickup a coffee maker late at night and the lady in the night shift wasn’t any better than the check in man. I just want to say our stay was OKAY and won’t share any of this issues in social media. Roberto Rojas.

You need to make sure to have a car if you come to this hotel. Also, they say they have breakfast, but they only have tea, coffee, and little oat bars. Cleanness is not their thing. The bed and bathroom were ok, but the carpets were dirty.

The hotel was easy to find, convenient parking and convenient to local amenities and the City. The property is very dated, with attempts to improve. It's basically a place to sleep for one night and is budget-friendly.

For some reason, the hotel did not receive confirmation from Expedia of our reservation, even though we did get emails confirming everything. We arrived quite late at the hotel and were very tired and surprised by this situation. However, the frontline staff person upon our arrival was very kind and helpful, going out of her way to communicate with Expedia to make certain that our reservation was confirmed and to make our room available so we could go and get some rest. Very much appreciated. And throughout our stay, all the staff was friendly and helpful. PS Great coffee!

Changed rooms 3 times. Third time said to hell with it. Even though there's a super big hole in the mattress. Never again, don't stop here. Just pay the extra money somewhere else!

We were given a room (we were switched after ins night) that smelled horribly like cat urine. Bed had no mattress (…right?). Stains on the floors and sheets. The front desk people were nice and doing their best, but the hotel was gross and needs updating.

My family and my self stood there for 3 days, never did they come and clean room or exchange towels. People above our room made so much noise with stomping after midnight and as early as 6 am. Reported but it continued. They say 15 minutes walking distance to MetLife stadium BUT no way to walk there. Smh.

This hotel smelled so bad, our room was a joke, our tub ran all night, the locks on the door are shabby. You literally hear EVERYTHING. They said they provided breakfast but didn’t they gave out some oatmeal packs and granola bars. I WILL NEVER STAY AGAIN.

In checking in I discovered the the Tv screen was smashed. They couldn’t replace. Not big deal but the bath tube no skid mat in the shower. Because of the slippery surface I fell in hitting my head on the cabinet door

This hotel is horrible. Dirty and unsafe. My room didn’t have lights next to my bed. Only the floor lamp worked. Very poor service. You can find a bette hotel around the same area for little more money. Just be aware that this horrible place isn it for you. They should have better administrative management
