Located in a questionable part of town. The lobby door was locked at 3:45 in the afternoon. Sign in parking lot warning they are not responsible. Stay at your own risk!!

For a 1 night stay it’s fine. It seems to be an older hotel that has had some cosmetic changes. Our room was clean which was my number 1 priority. It did have a smell of old cigarette smoke.

The room was clean and check in was easy. Breakfast was very basic, cereal, waffle, and packaged foods. The front desk clerk was on a call on her ear piece but still managed to answer questions. The handicap accessible room was spacious and the tub was easy to enter and exit. I did get questioned at the front desk on weather i needed a handicap room, that kind of took me by surprise. Gave me the feeling i needed a dr's note to have the room. Overall the stay was ok.

We got in about 1:30 from an event. The doors were locked and you had to ring the doorbell. After doung this 2x i had to call tye hotel to get the guy to come open the doors. He was not friendly. The charge $150 gor incedentals!!!! For what I dont know. The shower curtain fell while i was in the shower, several outlets did not work. Just not a great experience.

No one was at the check-in desk when I arrived, but the person did eventually get there, and he could not have been nicer. He told us he was doing his rounds. The housekeeping staff was amazing!

I am very satisfied with my stay at this Microtel.. The cleanliness was amazing!! Soon as you walk through the door the fresh smell of cleanliness will greet you, which is something very important to me.. The staff that I came in contact with were really friendly and accommodating.. I arrived after dealing with a very stressful situation and the lady at the front desk name Precious helped ease my mind after our conversation.. She had no idea how I was feeling during check in but she managed to bring a smile to my face.. Reminding me how Good God still is regardless of what you may be going through at that moment.. I would most definitely stay here again!!10/10 for me.

The hotel was very clean, service and personnel exceptional. The only complaint I have is the $150 incidental fee. That seems extremely high to me. Overall good quality place to stay.

The mattress in our room was like sleeping on a bag of cement, sand, and feathers. The mattress was so uncomfortable that we didn't sleep all night. All I have to say is that the mattress needs to be replaced!

The hotel was near perfect. Clean comfortable convenient. Great for overnight stop on a long trip. I do not understand the incidentals deposit, there are no incidentals available to purchase. Still waiting for it to be refunded. Overall nice, watch the charges though.

The hotel was close to the interstate which made it really convenient. Staff was friendly and breakfast was good. Price was good especially for the proximity to Elon University.

My only problem with this hotel is that I was NEVER told there would be a deposit held for several days after I check out. I am trying to get moved into a new apartment and need my money back pronto.

This was one of the cleanest places we have stayed. Everything from the front desk staff to the people who cleaned was amazing. If we have to complain about anything it would be that the beds were a little hard. Other than that our stay was perfect!! I will stay here again!

Good value! Enjoyed the exercise room. Surprised I need ed to provide a deposit for any damage done to the room. The deposit was returned but the policy to charge and sign a document related to the deposit were negative surprises

Initially when I arrived to the room, the AC was not working properly and the room was warm with stale air that smelled like cigarette smoke due to the proximity of the outdoor smoking area. The owner came and helped me out - it was not perfect, but he tried. The next day it was much better and I appreciated his quick response. Coffee at breakfast was AWFUL! Staff was friendly and efficient.

Clean room only complaint was thin walls had loud talking neighbor maybe sound traveled under joining room door, and maid bang on door like the police. Room was nice and clean what was most important to me.
