Very friendly staff. Nice clean rooms. Comfortable.

Right when I got to the hotel the guy checking me in had a great attitude. I went to my first room and noticed a plug in that I was going to use with my laptop on the desk wasn’t working so I let them know and the promptly changed my room. The plug in the second room worked. After my first night I spend the entire day on the road for work and when I got back to the hotel I wanted to have a hot shower and was disappointed when the water was hardly even warm when set as hot as it could go. At this point I was chilled and decided to go to the hot tub to help me warm up. Somehow the hot tub felt colder than the shower (I know it probably wasn’t but it sure wasn’t hot at all) and the jets didn’t even work, it was a lukewarm bath tub. The pool/hot tub area wasn’t the cleanest either. When I informed the front desk staff she quickly let the maintenance worker know but nothing was dont about it during my stay. Overall pretty disappointed with the hotel its self. The staff was the only reason this stay was not worse. With this said next time I’m in the area I will be trying other hotels around Yorkton.

The motel is in need of a substantial upgrade. Severe deviation in room floor as though two sections of the building shifted. Halls and elevator floors were very dirty and unkempt. Sofa beds are far below substandard and impose severe spinal pains. Parking is extremely limited and very dirty with unsafe surface due to ice with no gravel or deicer applied. Rooms and facilities are simply not at all worthy of the inflated room rates. Entire facility leaves much to be desired. No stars at all. This is not even on the scale of ratings! Extremely unsatisfied and disappointed. Will post to AMA, CAA and online booking sites.

Staff was nice and room was clean.

Room smelt bad. Breakfast bar empty. Tables were dirty. Kids running the halls and loud thumping through the night. Stains on bedding. Walls missing paint. Furniture in room stained. Most definitely not worth $179 per night.

It was ok. We were tired so got some rest. But there were kids hockey teams in the hotel as well. After 10pm, things settled fown.

The place had a bad smell. The bedding wasn’t clean. The heater/ac wasn’t working properly and was really noisy. The fan in the bathroom was falling out of the ceiling. There were soft spots in the floor. Not worth the money.

Booked here at last minute as it was the only property available. Stay was ok, but breakfast was worat ive ever seen at a hotel, and I've stayed at a lot in my lifetime. Breakfast was until 10 and we went down at 9:15. Coffee was non existant, all hot items were gone except rubbery egg discs, no bread for toast, one peach yogurt remained so my daughter ate that by default. When I pay almost $200 for a one night stay, I expect an edible, adequately stocked breakfast. Absolutely terrible.
