Perfect for our one night

Overall the stay was great and fit the needs for our stay. Comfy beds and overall the room was great for our short stay. The breakfast had a good selection.

Would be nice to have access to a water filtration and or water fountain to refill the water bottle, as opposed to having to buy non environmental friendly bottled water.

The breakfast was not great , When I went down around 7 a.m. things we dry and kind of messy . I had a coffee and slice of toast and then chose to go out for breakfast after checkout instead.

My room wasn't as clean as I would like. Hair in the tub and things forgotten in my refrigerator. That made me want to check my mattress and sheets , but those were fine.

Good

The room and bed was very clean and comfy. the food was excellent lots of options and the staff are very helpful and accommodating.

The pool area needs an upgrade, it wasn’t as clean as I expected and too dark at night, there’s no liquid soap in the bathroom only bar soap that is hard on the skin. For a 4star hotel they should have a nicer soap, I love the lotion though.

The staff was very friendly and helpful

They didn't clean the room on the second day. Apparently they only clean every third day. We shouldn't have to ask. There was quite a bit of dust lingering around.

I would definitely stay again . very friendly

after a small hiccup, everything was resolved great. I received a text msg from the front desk asking how was my room etc . it was truly appreciated. very clean

water was warm in the evening ( in the shower) but that’s probably bc many people were taking shower at the same time tho .

terrible will never be back

well we initially liked the pool and that what got us there.

the pool was disgusting. hair, toilet paper, floating around. So dirty it would make your stomach turn also no hot water in the room called front desk was told to leave it running for a very long time and it will heat up. 20 minutes before it finally began to warm up.

Disappointing

access to pool good. breakfast ok. not great

communication with cleaning, wrong day & only 1/2 done because stuff left out. The beds were terrible, i spun to even attempt to sleep on as springs to top of mattress. Fan didn't work in bathroom & was very filthy.

Third time I've stayed in past 4 years. Always a good choice.

Better than average for this level of hotel. The cooked goods were fresh. Lady working in the kitchen very pleasant.

Need to freshen up some of the furniture. showing its age

It was a nice hotel.

Breakfast was nice and so was the location. Beds were comfortable and plenty warm.

Woke up in the morning to shower and had next to no hot water in the sink or tub/shower area, that is the reason for the review I chose.

Beautiful hotel, New condition.But so disappointed to see a dirty bathtub!

Room was not cleaned. Bathtub had several hairs in it! They did offer us another room but preferred to get the bathtub cleaned instead!
