CK in kept my DL…I almost tried to board a flight and “discovered” it missing. I called the front desk girl immediately day after and requested OVERNIGHT back to me…called the GM NEXT SAY AND HE MAILED IT “regular” mail post office he claims Wednesday. I had to go to DMV and buy a Replacement drivers license! Saturday it’s still had not arrived! Very disappointed in the lack of customer service.

The onlt iss was the start time of breakfast, they start at 7:30 way to late for my schedule..management needs to adjust the breakfast start time at 6 or 6: 30..I will not stay here again because of this.

The elevators were abused by people staying there. Someone let their dog piss in there and the other elevator looked like a crime scene. Foreigners disrespect the place that they stay and we had to deal with it. We never got clean towels. The printers were not working. The only good thing were the beds and the breakfast.

Humidity, highway really too loud, cold and hot water in the shower is reverse, beds too small and the hotel turn off lights 1 hour before you have to leave?! Really not a good experience...

Horrible. Hotel had no towels and had to buy them at local Walmart. Also mold in room along with roaches crawling around bathroom vanity when you turn on light. Never again!

I travel for work and my stay was bad!! First breakfast was at 7:30 which is way pass the time that alot of workers need to be on the job. I find this very discriminating to the workers that count on a breakfest before they go to work. Also the hot water in my shower went from hot to scalding hot in a split second!!! Would not recommend this place to anyone.

Our entire weekend stay (2 rooms) was absolutely horrible! The hotel rooms and bathrooms are old. The room smelled. It was mold and mildew. Bed bugs and roaches. From the front desk agent to the Manager, no one was accommodating. The matter was never rectified!

Nice hotel. Very nice lobby. The bed was comfortable, with good lighting in the room. The only complaints are there was some hair in the bathroom, and the sink and shower drain needed to be cleaned. Water filled up quickly even with the drain fully open.

I will not stay at this hotel again, It was very stink, We rent 3 room an all of them was stink . we could not breath in the roomS, one room was so bad my family member got high with the weed smell, Hallway so so stink with mold and dirty smell, elevator was outdated. Hardly anyone speak english....DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY

The place is nasty. The rug was dirty in the hallways, and in the room. bathroom was dirty, the door and walls are extremely old, The ventilation system is old and poor. the hallways and the room, smells like a mold!! I saw all this problmes in the comments of Before I booked the hotel,but I thought people was overreacting, but no! All the coments are real. Worst experience ever, never will go or recommend this hotel!! The a/c did not cool our room at all...we had trouble sleeping because it was so hot and humid. The air condition doesn’t take out the humidity so the room, very humid. They have a very old any noisy, A/C It’s not worth it the money.

Our room was musty. Had to use solid air freshners on the night stands and air vents. Carpet was damp and the comforter on the bed was slightly damp. When I notified the front desk I was told they would let maintenance know. It was disappointing that there wasn’t any other effort to do anything more. Overall the facility was clean and located in a very busy areal

Our experience at this property was not so great. We booked two rooms for 3 nights and checked in very late. The rooms were very smelly like molds, so we reported this to expedia and hotel staff in the morning. Hotel staff refused to change the rooms with the reason of “overbooked” and offered spraying for the smell. We again reached out to expedia and asked us to relocate but expedia asked us to provide proof of molds before relocating. We took some pictures from the room and sent to Expedia as evidence. After this, a hotel staff arrived at our room, checked the room and agreed that the smell was present and the carpet was damped. At that time, he offered to check other rooms and personally showed multiple rooms. We chose two rooms on a different floor for our remaining stay.

The front desk staff was FABULOUS, as was the complimentary breakfast. When we arrived in our room you could clearly see that someone had been laying in/on the bed. We notified the front desk and a maid came in and was very loud, spoke Spanish, and they tried to pass if off as cleaned. They then moved us to another room which smelled horrific, the carpets were damp and a humidifier was set up in there. You could not walk in socks or bare feet. The bed had also clearly been recently slept in without a change of bedding. We just simply gave up and slept in clothes. The shampoo and conditioner bottles were not even big enough for one person let alone 2. We checked out early. Tried to print boarding passes in the lobby and there was no papers etc. Disappointed!

We are two very active adults and hotel put us in a handicap room #119. Towels, sheets. Curtains, carpet were very dirty and stained. Hot water took too long to get warm, never got hot light’s above vanity didn’t work at all, Closet was so low until our clothes were touching dirty floor and all closets were the same size and we got that room because that was what we asked for. But We never asked for anything. We asked to change rooms and was told by your female receptionist they didn’t have any more rooms available until next day. I went to check the next day and was told by another receptionist (a male) that they did have rooms available and should have changed us immediately the same day we asked. He changed our room immediately to #101. It was a little better but no toilet paper holder, floor was extremely dirty, sinks and tub drained slowly, towels were dirty and worned and sheets dingy and worned thin. We complained and maintenance man cleaned carpet, put toilet paper holder up, tightened toilet seat and fixed hole in wall under telephone desk. The breakfast area and food was good. Kitchen staff was very friendly and helpful. Lobby area and kitchen was the only clean places. No ice maker available on first floor. We are regular Best Western customers but this Best Western Plus was the worst I’ve ever seen in any hotel. If situations aren’t addressed we will not stay in Best Western Hotels again and will notify others of unsanitary conditions.

Language issue when checking in. Breakfast was mediocre. Think the same bananas were out for our whole stay and they were browning on first day. They closed pool early for no apparent reason. The pool area was the only place to sit outside and enjoy the weather we came for.

The shower didn't work in our room. The safe was closed by a previous guest. We asked staff to solve it and they promised tongix it in 1-2 hours. But finally did nothing. The room had strange smell inside.

I initially had an issue with my booking, I was tired and frustrated but the manager on duty, Juan handled everything even down to rebooking my reservation on his computer and made sure I was set for my stay!! I am very grateful for his diligence and the staff was excellent. Very clean rooms and breakfast was delish!!!! 10 STARS!!!!

I walked into my room and it had a horrid wet scent. Then we got the rooom changed and that one also had a horrid wet scent. Me and the front desk agent then checked 3 other rooms and they all had a terrible smell. I ended up going with the better of all bad and only staying one night instead of 2 nights

Reserved a king suite and when we went to be the bed smelled like pea! As if it was not cleaned. We got in late so by the time we laid down was overbearing by pea! We had to move into another room around 245 am , the king room had no refrigerator. And the room we got was full bed with refrigerator. The next morning they wanted us to move but we had just got settled in from mobing all of our stuff into the other room. With no help. We should be given something for our inconvenience . I will also write a review on yelp and fb but waiting to see how your company will respond to my stsy st your facility.

Old building, looks if it may have had some water damage in the pass . My room had signs of mold on the ceiling. Had a moldy smell. I checked out after a couple hours didn’t want to get sick .

Check in staff was helpful. Stayed 3 nights and no housekeeping 1st day. Was told you had to request housekeeping, which we did for rest of the stay . But still no one came . We had to go to desk for extra towels and tp. Diego was extremely helpful, understanding and great during our stay .

We had 2 rooms. At checkin got into the room. No towels but a dirty one rolled in a ball that someone used to wash their ass.. shower curtain rod broken and hanging. Room phone didn’t work couldn’t call the front desk. Went down to front desk and no manager to talk to. Then at checkout again manager called out. No one in charge to talk to. Unbelievable!!!!
