The staff was very friendly! The hotel itself was very run down and in need of upgrading. The elevator was very slow and a little scary and the continental breakfast had very limited options. Overall this place is overpriced for what you get.

The hotel was full of youth hockey players that the staff allowed them to play hockey in the halls. If that wasn't enough, the hotel had no hot water. I was promised a credit for the inconvenience at checkout, but still nothing has happened. Several calls to the hotel and I get the same empty promise. Would not recommend.

Amy at the front desk was awesome - very helpful and went out of her way to accommodate us. My son and fiance were in another room that was dirty and had black mold in the bathroom - Amy assisted with their move to another room. Amy made the trip tolerable.

Noisy. Noisy. Noisy. And we got catcher last year but forgot. Never again. Nest to highway and a truck depot. Want to hear backup alarms at 4 am. This is your spot.

The toilet flapper was old and didn't close half of the time and the shower water was scalding to "too hot to be comfortable" on the lowest setting EARLY each morning.

This was a great selection for a quick trip to visit some family. Fair price, our room was clean, and so was the rest of the hotel. Check in was easy, and the continental breakfast was appreciated. Only downside was our room was directly across from the ice machine, and our door didn't block a lot of sound, so we could hear people talking and the machine dispensing ice.

Located across the street from a busy truck terminal, that unloads well past 3 am, you’re guaranteed to never get to sleep at this poorly located property.

The staff went out of their way to help us with a problem with oil on our windshield caused by the PA Turnpike workers. Hotel staff googled potential cleaning solutions and provided white vinegar to assist us. But don't show up for breakfast at 9:25, because they get ready to go home by 9:30 am. In other words, the clerks and cleaning staff were excellent. The breakfast crew goes one early.

The staff was above and beyond wonderful. Things seemed pretty clean which was great but our accessible shower had a repair on the floor that had an obvious slit and just makes me think of bacteria sitting in that small opening. The bathroom need a little sprucing up but overall, it's a great location and I would stay again.

Clean, quiet and comfortable. My stays were based around some stressful hospitalizations of loved ones. I felt safe at this location, which was important because I was alone. I have no complaints about any of my 3 stays.

This is a clean, safe hotel with good access to surrounding areas (which was the intention of my staff). The breakfast is great (lady who runs the breakfast is a star), and the staff are super helpful, professional and friendly. I gave this hotel 5/5 stars in this review due to the staff more than anything else.
