Staff that checked me in were super informativthe , and accommodating

Decent but definitely in need of a clean and some fixing up

The property was convenient to access off the highway and had restaurants near by Staff were friendly

The room needed some facelifts and repairs And it was not particularly clean The room was fairly dusty and dirty and quite visibly needing a deep clean

Definitely not worth the money.

It was a hotel

It was not a very clean room and most of the lights/outlets worked. Bathroom was pretty dirty and overall gross. Checking in customer service was alright but there was cleaning group throwing stuff at each other and over all loud. I've stayed at same price point hotels that were way more comfortable

it was okay wouldn’t go back

I never really saw the staff. The rooms were filthy. The bathroom looked like it wasn’t cleaned for months.

Disappointing

The staff was nice

The microwave and fridge didn't work. The carpet was tore up in certain spots and there was no sheets for the let out couch. It was only a blanket and a pillow.

Wasn't impressed

Check in was at 2:00 we arrived at 4:00 they gave us our room key we went to our room open the door and it still wasn't cleaned from the previous individuals we had to go back to the desk inform them they had to give us another room we got to that room no toilet paper and it was cleaned quickly there was dust everywhere you can tell that it hadn't had a real good clean The remote was broke still worked was missing half of it. The staff was all dressed in regular clothing which I thought was rather strange to be checked in by somebody wearing a tie-dyed hoodie.

BED BUGS Stay clear of this place!!

BED BUGS The front desk lady on Jan 13 around 11:30 pm was absolutely appalling and should never work with the public! She was rude and completely disrespectful. This entire establishment should be ashamed of the conditions of this hotel!!

Worth the price!

Don't always believe the reviews! We were skeptical to book a room because of them but everything else was pretty much booked,the rooms were very clean,quiet motel with no issues at all!!

Left before we even settled in

The only thing this property has going is the location. was in town for a company event and this hotel was close by

From the moment we arrived you could tell the place wasn’t in good condition or kept up with. I hoped the room was in better condition. However, the room smelled and looked like it was in need of a deep cleaning. My wife and I felt so uncomfortable we couldn’t even stay. We left and drove home that evening instead of staying over night

convenient, refrig in room, microwave in room.

smell, did not change my sheets for my 9 day stay. dirty rug. toilet paper and tissues empty. the latch on my door inside was hanging by a thread. I took it to staff. they said would give it to maintenance when they came in. they never fixed it so I did not have the extra protection during my stay. was the worst experience ever. smelled a funny smell when you came into the hotel. There was a funny smell in my room the whole time. There were holes in the walls the walls were dirty. No place on the sink to put anything because it’s tilted and everything kept falling in the sink there should’ve been a cabinet or something in there to put toiletries on. I will be writing to owner of hotel. spent nearly $1000.00 and it was no way worth it. the breakfast did not even have fresh fruit. I did not use the breakfast facilities. ice machine wasn’t working. so many issues.

had to move rooms because the toilet in our room did not work and the room they moved us to the shower did not drain very well.

The hotel itself smelled like disinfectant and the room smelled even worse. The sheets were wrinkled and looked like someone had already slept in them. The front desk person was dismissive and gave a lame excuse about the bed sheets.

Location is good and accomodated flexible check in time.

Room and public access areas smelling bad. Pillows and bedsheets are not good. Bathroom is not clean and smelling bad. Air conditioning is noisy and heating didn’t work.

Horrific, horrible! N

Nothing! We checked in, lobby was dirty, it smelled awful, went to too It stuck to high heaven! Smell of urine! The room was filthy even after we cleaned it ourselves. We immediately checked out!! Lost over$180 dollars because we could not stay on such a nasty hotel!!

Interesting

Location was good.

The people in the room next door were doing something which caused the bed and the wall to move. I have never had this happen before. We wondered if the structure of the hotel was safe.
