Bad experience. Very limited parking space. Bare minimum breakfast. Rooms not properly cleaned. Duty Manager didn’t permit to keep the TV in the store room overnight. May be there no store room. Overall very bad experience and won’t return and recommend for a stay again.

Check in experience was not good,. It was disrespectful. Check in staff was not well trained. Room phone & coffee maker were not working. I requested check in staff to fix it but no one came to fix it. Check-out staff was professional. Check-in staff needs to give proper training. I do not want to write the name of check-in staff here. Requesting hotel management to take action and give proper training to staff.

The only things that I think could be improved are the Kitchenette and removing the carpets which, however much the cleaning ladies aspire to, are filthy and we cannot walk barefoot through the room without getting our feet dirty! Apart from that, we can only thank you because the employees are extremely polite and helpful!

I had a pleasant stay. The AC could be improved and there was no dish soap in my room to wash dishes with. The bath tub could be reglazed. The beds were comfortable, staff was friendly & helpful. Good internet & breakfast & the room was clean. The area was a good location and it was quiet. I would come back when in Lethbridge.

The bathroom was dirty and the wall covered with hair , the doors were dirty and the carpets felt gross. The curtains were to short for the windows. When I mentioned this at check out, I was offered no compensation.

The site is excellent except for parking. A full size 1500 pickup is too wide for the parking spaces. Even the handicap slot is too small.

Good:Good value. Good communication at booking. Drive up ground floor room. Bad: Small TV. No high chairs in the breakfast area.

Nothing to complain about except the beds. There was only a sheet and a very old, polyester blanket with a bedcover and two very small deflated pillows on each bed. Mattresses were very uncomfortable. Room was nicer and newly renovated. Clean. Breakfast was the usual motel breakfast, nothing hot like eggs or sausages. Staff was polite and helpful.

The room was clean, even if there were a couple of cosmetic issues (scuffed tub, painted over dents). The bed was comfy but I would have preferred a thicker pillow. The one weird part was the fridge, microwave, and tv all operated on a plugin that needed a lightswitch to be turned on to work, but the lamp that was on the same wall didnt need the switch

Policy of not being able to pay for room up front and give the deposit on your credit card is nonsene. Extremely rude staff. AVOID THIS HOTEL AT ALL COST

The Hotel is not in the quietest location, but it was convenient. While mine was a non-smoking room, I woke up to the smell of cigarette smoke, and people smoking on the 2nd floor breezeway. Staff were beyond kind and helpful.

For the price it was ok. Room 206: First thing, a note on the wall switch to indicate that it controls, the FRIDGE, TV, and microwave. There’s a plumbing fixture in the surrounding area with running water every 15-19 seconds all night long. Very annoying. The air conditioner is VERY NOISY, we had to turn it off after about 1 hr as is started to make a rattling noise. Bedspread had a big stain on it. More effort could be made to dust/clean the baseboards and floor corners. Perhaps a Mr.Clean eraser could be used to clean bathtub. I wouldn’t dare walk around with out something on my feet.

I recently stayed here and was disappointed with my experience. The hotel's age shows, with old and worn-out furnishings throughout. The rooms not only appeared outdated, but they also had a strong, musty smell that was quite off-putting. This odour lingered despite attempts to air out the room. Additionally, the bathroom was not as clean as expected, and the plumbing seemed to struggle. While the staff were polite and tried their best to assist, the overall experience was marred by the uncomfortable room conditions. I would suggest looking for alternative accommodations in the area.

Our trip was a quick overnight. The room was clean, and the decor was up-to-date but a bit smaller than our typical room. Several eating options are close by, including fast food, ethnic options (Sushi and Indian), and a steakhouse across the road. We opted for a walk for the dog and fast food. The breakfast area was tidy and modern, but I remember thinking they could use some music playing or a TV showing the news like other hotels because it was too quiet.

There was no heat in the room and could not get anyone to fix it. Changed rooms the next night only to find that there was no hot water.
