Hotel was nice, good location, we really enjoyed our morning coffee on the pier behind the hotel. Staff was very friendly and helpful, room was clean and breakfast in the morning was good. The only issue we had was the bed. It was well worn in the middle and caved in some making for a not so great night of sleep. Despite the issue with the bed we really enjoyed the hotel.

Our stay started off wonderful!! Alexia let us check in early, as we had put our motorhome in the shop. The whole stay was great!! Good breakfast, nice clean room, nice beach!! Staff awesome!! Walking distance to good restaurants! Definitely recommend!!

The location is perfect and close to everything,lots in walking distance. The rooms are clean and beautiful view from the balcony and the docks. Pool, sun deck and fishing areas available. We had a few pot smokers stinking up the outside areas from the balcony but not the hotels fault. Outside of that I'd stay again.

Overall we had a very nice stay. The breakfast buffet ran out of coffee we had to ask for some. And they could’ve had eggs or some other protein. Location was very nice. The staff was pleasant.

Door to get in to lobby was broken. Bed frame seemed like it was about to break. Cockroach crawled across my makeup bag in the morning while getting ready for my Dad’s funeral. Not comfortable overall.

We were looking for a few days away from The west coast of Florida. This was the perfect, comfortable and just what my family needed! The staff was outstanding and accommodating, they treated us like family and went above and beyond even when we didn't expect it! We will be back to visit soon and often for sure!!

This hotel was a great location on the water. The rooms were in good condition and clean, as was our balcony and furniture. Only thing I would change, is the side door access from the parking lot does not allow for a luggage cart.

We booked for two nights. The first night our Suite Deluxe was right next to the hot water pump so we had the whole night some pumping noises that made sleeping difficult. Upon adressing it at the reception the next morning we were kindly upgraded to another room with direct sea view. However, those rooms have a connection door to the room next door so anything that is said can be heard clearly. In our case, even the snoring next door could be heard or if someone went to the toilet. This is not the hotels fault but in the room below someone was constantly smoking weed, so even with the balcony door closed the whole room would smell like a pot house. In both rooms the mattresses were old and very soft, the pillows super flakey and ancomfortable and the wi-fi almost non existent. I have to mention the service as the front desk separately since it has been great and they were kind and helpful. The rest, however, very underwhelming for the price. The infrastructure of the hotel really needs to be improved.

Its an older hotel that has been mostly updated. The staff was incredibly friendly. They said the would only change linens every 3 days, but someone tidied up our room daily. The pool and deck area was very nice, with shaded seating available.

Hot tub chemicals caused both of us to have burning skin. Room was great but the bed was one of the worst to sleep on. Tossed and turned all night and work up sore. Staff was great, nice location, bed needs to be updated.

This hotel is very overpriced and over-rated. The check-in took 25 minutes and only one person in front of us. We had to go ask for towels and that took 10 minutes. The view from room is a little misleading but it was fine. The walls are paper thin so you can hear tv and talking from other rooms. We were expecting a lot more for 270$!!!! The deck is not near as long or as nice as pictures but it WAS nice to sit on in the afternoon. Now on a positive it is close to lots of things and easily accessible!

Fun overnight stay. Near the jetty with several bars and restaurants. The nearby tiki bar has live music which can be heard well into the night so Bring ear plugs if you are not a night owl

Eartha at the front desk was so sweet, nice, thorough, and helpful. She was such a nice way to be welcomed to Hutchinson Island. The room was clean and the bath products were nice. Lovely view from the hotel room balcony!

Our first night, our beds were terrible, our bodies sank into the middle, even if we slept in separate beds, every time I rolled over, the bed frame would make some clanking noises. Upon complaint In the morning, the friendly staff offered us a majestic suite. I checked this room out and the beds were better, but not great. The beds and frames definitely need an upgrade. Also, after checking into our new room (4th floor), I noticed that the fridge had a spill and smelled super sour. I asked the front desk if they could have it cleaned out for me and they apologized and said they would send housekeeping into the room. I placed some drinks in the fridge, upon return 6 hours later, the drinks were warm and the spill/mess was still in the fridge. I had to complain yet again. On our final night stay, the elevator broke down. We had to walk up 4 flights of stairs, which in its self is not a problem, however, the elevator remained out of order the following morning, which meant we had to carry all of our bags down stairs. As we packed our car, we also noticed a big pile of puke next to the bench out front. The staff was super friendly and accommodating. They truly wanted you to have a good stay. They tried to make things better for you. Unfortunately, they were doing the best the could with what they had and it fell short. The location on water is beautiful, pier is a great touch, pool and hot tub and nice. Conveniently located in walking distance to bars,ice Cream etc

The hotel was very clean and the room spacious. It is very close the the ocean beaches and within walking distance to a few restaurants. Most of all, I would like to say that the staff was amazing! You don't find service with a smile too much, but the front desk went out of their way! When I get back to this area, I will book again just because the front desk and the rest of the staff was so amazing! It really goes a long way! thank you!

Waterfront hotel with nice views, pool, hot tub and mostly edible breakfast. They do the best they can for an independent hotel. Room was mostly clean. Both shower and sink drain were clogged. Mold visible around edges and cut outs of bath fitter shower tub. Bring your own pillow as they provide you with 4 hard, small, cube-shaped pillows barely bigger than your head for a king bed.

Would have been fine except when you pay $300 for an ocean view room..... And yes it was a good view. But there is a door in the room that leads to the neighbor. It has a lock, but OMG no sound barrier. I could see people's feet under the door. It was like they were talking in the room with me. And then blow drying their hair at 6:30 in the morning was like someone blow drying their hair by my head!!!! Awful design and disappointing for the amount we paid.

Room was clean, staff friendly. nice beach and dock area with chairs. would of loved to have tried the automatic pancake maker but it wasn't working, next time lol, my only complaint was the A/C units were noisy, it was January so we switched ours off but could still here another one during the night, overall a nice hotel.

The hotel was in a convenient location and the outside area by the beach was nice. Unfortunately the service at the hotel was not the best, and the beds/pillows were rock hard. After taking a long time to check us in, they didn’t program our cards right and we got locked outside. We requested coffee for the room and they said they didn’t have any. Also the towels for the pool were the size of hand towels. I would not recommend this hotel.

It was a quick overnight visit. We arrived early as we were meeting friends. Our room was ready and we were allowed to check in early. Staff is very friendly and on top of things. Weather was cool so did not get to enjoy the pool.

Seems about the same level as a Hampton Inn. Rooms are a little dated…upholstered chair in room was stained. Free breakfast was good quality, service was good and the property has a great location with a fishing pier, pool/spa deck and a small beach. Overall a good place to stay if you want to be on the inlet and tiki bar strip.
