Staff was very friendly and accommodating. The room was not cleaned well. The bath tub and toilet were very old and stained. The floor was dirty/sticky. The room had a stale smoke smell.

Lobby was nice, smelled very clean. Staff was super nice & friendly. Room was ok, bed linens were clean but the mattress needed to be replaced, had some spring issues. I saw two baby roaches in the bathroom.

The experience started at the front desk with excellent customer service. We were given a room on the second floor. The lock on tge door was hard to manipulate to get into the room. The room was one they had upgraded and it was like new condition. The bed was very comfortable. It was a quite night to get rest. We really enjoyed our stay.

No first floor available for disabled, toilet backed up morning of second day, small spider had apparently reserved the room first, pebbles found in one bed.

Very nice spacious room. Reserved room with refrigerator and microwave, both worked fine. Clean and comfortable. Pet friendly, liked that room had inside hallway and outside doors.

Staff was friendly and helpful. We got a room assigned on the first night and the bed was super hard. The staff was generous to move us to a different room with a better bed.

Rooms are laminate which is nice to avoid the dirty carpet issue. Wotkers do not speak good English so hard to understand. No continental breakfast but Wafflr House next door. Room was ok - not super clean. Bathroom should have tub replaced.

Tv was broken - found a possible roach in bathroom - some of previous occupants trash was still in the garbage - room was in disrepair

Clean and efficient. Friendly staff. Coffee before 6 am would have been nice, but we were just there to be near Mesa airport. Our toilet didnt flush well, but we were only there a few hours. I would definitely stay again for efficiency.

They charged my credit card for 1-night a month before our arrival date and would not reverse the charges or credit it towards our stay when we arrived. Also they didn’t honour the reservation and had to find us another room. Now have to dispute the early charge with the credit card company. In room phone didn’t work, beds were made of plywood and mattress was basically a box spring.

The place was kind of dirty. Even the sheets felt gross when we got in the bed. Also, we got there at 0130, and the front desk person was being very talkative. I understand she was trying to be friendly, but we were very tired and just wanted to sleep. Lastly, there is no elevator. We probably won’t stay here again.

We just needed a hotel for a night during my daughter’s two day tournament. Not much was left in area due to holidays I guess. Pictures and everything seemed nice and I’m not super picky we just needed a place to sleep. Upon arrival everything seemed fine til I went to move my car to the back parking lot nearest my room and two people were smoking crack near the back entrance. I preceded to my room to unload luggage. Room was decent. Beds were horrible. Both mattresses hard as rocks due to no box springs. Only two pillows per bed no extras in closet available. I later moved my vehicle to the front parking lot because I knew the cameras worked out there. I guess it’s nice for a quick stay but just be aware.

Definitely not a place for a family with children. People drinking in the parking lot doing other illegal activities. I had to have my husband walk the dog with me. I did not feel comfortable walking around alone. However, staff was very polite and professional. No blankets just sheets on the beds. The room was clean.

Absolutely the best place to go for some rest. The housekeepers are fabulous, they make the hotel feel like a home. Very cozy and warm feeling.

I want to start off with I would never stay at this dump again I have the office lady compounding on my door telling me my TV was too loud then after that she would call me every 15 minutes tell me I'm being too loud there was no one in the room with me I'm in there by myself watching TV on low and people were complaining I was making noise and then she tells me she's going to call the cops on me for making noise I said what noise are you talking about and she goes exactly the b**** was high on drugs and made no sense I wouldn't stay here again I would sleep under a bridge before I slept there and cockroaches for days

Sanjay, Kelly and the other staff are better than your average counter concierge clerks. They are attentive and accommodating with attention to detail and a genuine concern for their guest's needs and safety. This location has come a long way and with persistently keeping the seedy characters at bay they have built this motel 6 into a place where families don't have to worry about sending their child down for ice and a soda!!! The mattresses are the most uncomfortable, back breaking ones, you will ever experience. Three of us slept on these, and our bodies paid for it!
On the positive side, the gentleman working at the front desk were really polite and accommodating.

When I got here 2 months ago, there were some bad people here, but Sanjay the manager here along with the other staff work very hard to keep up with this place to keep it quiet. So the ones that were causing the ruckus they booted them so the rest of us here can enjoy our stay here and feel safe . When you know there's bad vibes around where u sleep at, you want to be able to feel like your safe along with your vehicle out in parking lot. They have security here to watch out for our vehicles and to keep a watch when you are walking to your room or car. Recently they did some changes and there are no more loud dogs barking in the middle of the night, or people smoking inside their rooms when you know your not supposed to. Take that somewhere else, have common sense and respect. If you can't follow the rules, then go somewhere ekse.
The people who work here are great people. They clean there rooms every day and give you a room to lay your head down and get a good night's rest. For me, I have the best room in this place, right next to the manager and I call this place home right now. I'm gonna miss it when I leave, but I'll always come back to this motel 6 because it's really quiet now, and everyone here are all decent. So if you are looking for a room for a night or two, I recommend coming here. You have beautiful views of the superstition mountains. Thanks for reading my review.

It was a decent place. The towels weren't clean. The bath tub was not completely cleaned. The room was decent. For the price and a simple place to lay my head. It was ok. But if money'l was not a factor then I wouldn't stay here if it's the last place on earth.
