In order, the manager wanted to argue with the fact that I rented a one bedroom versus a double queen, cockroach in the shower, toilet, wouldn’t flush, bathroom sink didn’t drain it took forever, finally figured out why the toilet didn’t flush the handle had broke off so you had to take the back off and flush it manually in the tank, shower faucet, when turned on spit out rust and tons of gunk, got up to go to the bathroom in the middle of the night found what looked like two pieces of dirt in the middle of the bed where I was laying I went to grab them and as a picture shows they squirted blood everywhere if you look close at the picture one of the legs are still attached, had to move my room next-door early, early in the mornin. I didn’t get back until well after six the next day, expecting the manager to have spoke with the night person, apparently he didn’t speak to the manager and she didn’t want to speak to me . She just kept saying I got moved. What did I want her to do now, I didn’t sleep the rest of the night last night, and she was unwilling to even look at the room now. she finally was upset because I said the bedbugs words while other people were they are, and told me to get a hold of Hotels.com. I could find another hotel for the night. They finally answered their phone so the Hotels.com could waive and get a refund. I’ve stayed in some really bad places, but never like this.

Got in late and wanted to soak in a hot bath. My bathtub stopper didn't work. Renee was so great at handling this. She was graceful and professional.

Check in was a breeze. Friendly and welcoming staff. Room was clean, safe, and quiet. Would stay again in the future.

Overall accommodations were great. Staff was always friendly.

Great hotel stay. Took a high school team to team state finals. Booked 12 rooms. They were able to check us in early. Reene was extremely helpful at check out making sure we got all the receipts. We plan on making it back again next year and rebooking

It was disgusting there was blood in the dresser bathrooms weren’t stocked headboard fell off the room stank it was a horrible experience the pool was nasty and freezing

I love this property.. everyone here is so hard working, professional and super sweet and personable. It’s quite safe and convenient… But the staff and management here are excellent… thank you for all you do and all your hard work SHOWS!

Check in was great! The staff seemed nice and got everything done right away. That's all that I can say that was good about this place. The room was dated and had the same stale smell the rest of the building has through the halls. It was dark and gloomy and we had a hole in our ceiling. The heater did not work most of the time and even when it would turn on, it would not heat to the set temperature and then would turn back off. I don't think it ever got above 65 degrees, even when set up to 80. The bath faucet dripped and the tub was full of random hair and scum stains. The bath towels looked old and dirty so we did not even try to shower there since we were just driving home a couple hours away the next morning. The breakfast looked old and stale. The eggs were frozen and thawed rubber textured eggs that are not even edible. We ended up going out to eat for breakfast before heading home. My daughter was super disappointed when we went to use the pool, our main reason for staying in a hotel for the night, and it felt like it was outside. The air temp and the water temp of the pool was frigid. We did not even bother getting in, just went back to our room and got ready for bed... The beds were uncomfortable and the pillows were even worse. The sheets were old and stained and had hair in them as well. I even found long black curly hairs in the towels. I wasted $85 and as of now, it doesn't look like they released the $50 hold they placed on my card. STAY AWAY!
