Dwayne in maintenance, who helped us with our luggage, and got us an upgrade. Rhonda, the assistant manager, blessed us with the perfect suite. I could keep my mom safe & we had an incredible stay. The understanding of our situation…with my mom, who has dementia. I bring her here, to give my dad a caregiver break. Checking on us via text Value

The last visitors, stacked their dirty plates on the bottom, so you couldn’t tell, until you got to that plate. Very sneaky, terrible people.

The rooms were very spacious and it was great to have a functional kitchen in our room. Check-in was very friendly and easy. Large, new t.v.s in both rooms of our suite were nice to have. The cookie at check-in was a nice touch.

The furniture needs to be better maintained and/ or upgraded. The desk and table in the kitchen area were both very wobbly and the covering on the kitchen chairs was flaking off and stuck all over our legs when we sat in them. We were very close to the highway and our room wasn’t soundproof at all. It was a bit hard to sleep due to the traffic noise. We were very itchy when we were trying to sleep, maybe it was the detergent the bedding was washed in or something.

Breakfast ended at 9:00 which was too early for us .

It was close proximity to where I needed to be.

The pool/spa are out of service, my room had a malfunctioning ac/heat unit issue that was known prior to them placing me in the room.
