Elevator is broken and we are on 4th floor

Horrible hotel. Avoid at all costs. Black mold in the living area. There was a “ kids party” in the room next to us. They were running up and down the halls, screaming, slamming doors all hours of the day and night. We complained several times but the staff was unwilling to help us. They told us to call the police. We ended up leaving that night to get a room elsewhere. Ridiculous!

Good value with comfortable bed. Room seems to need updating or at least a deep cleaning

The hotel could use a refresh of furniture. The hotel was clean and we were given an upgraded room.

Good hotel for the most part. Clean. Breakfast was basic. Clean spacious rooms, a little dated. Friendly staff. Easy check in and check out.

Rooms were clean, staff was friendly! The outdoor grills were a great feature for our family!

The staff checking me in went above and beyond to get me the room I needed. I really appreciated her and her assistance.

The front desk staff at this hotel was amazing. They were super helpful, friendly and patient. I was visiting from NC and had a great deal to do to get ready for a presentation. Without their assistance, I never would have succeeded. Thank you to all of them.

My experience was greatly enhanced by the staff being friendly and helpful with everything that I brought to them. The facility is clean and appears new.

They are not cleaning the room every day, carpet is so dirty

It was a two night stay. The bed was very comfortable. The best part of the stay was the super friendly lady that worked the desk at night. I have never seen anyone work so hard to accommodate everyone.

Customer Service was amazing! Hotel was clean but could use some replacements. Our room had paint and glue stains (looks like kids did a craft before us), some of the carpet was coming up from the corners. And some chairs in the eating area was peeling. We know they are the original so it’s just time to replace those. But over all would stay here again.

Bathroom light was broken and on all night. Could not fall asleep one min.

I stayed in a 1 bedroom suite, one of the bathrooms had black mold and the shower head head was dirty and had green mildew on it. The worker used a hand towel to try to clean the shower with some over the counter cleaner which she tried to hand to me to clean. She also told me they would take money off my room for the dirty shower all the dust on the furniture. They did not take anything off. I am a Hilton Honors member and will be reporting up the chain.

The room is exactly what we needed to accommodate our big family.

The front desk person wasn’t at her station either when checking in or him when checking out or answering the phone. There were dirty dishes in the dishwasher. I had to go to the lobby to get clean glasses. There was a standard size mattress pad as one of the coverlets on the king size bed. The Wi-Fi never connected, thankfully because although the property claims free Wi-Fi they charge $4.99 per day unless you know to ask for a promo code, then that didn’t work. Every attempt to call the front desk or housekeeping produced a busy signal and when I went to the front desk I found the clerk on the phone laughing with someone like a personal call. Never again will I stay there or recommend the place. I can’t wait to review it on yelp and google.

The staff at the front desk were wonderful! The Inside is looking shabby and run down. There overflowing trash bins throughout the property. Our room was lacking any basic dishes and the sheets were clean but old. This property is in a good location and breakfast was spot on. It could use a little pick me up

Nice area to stay when visiting friends and family

It's a nice area and although right by the interstate you didn't hear it. As for the room, well Hilton needs to find a better dishwashing clearer. The dishes were NOT clean and had a nasty white film that would not scrub off. Not only was it on our room dishes but also downstairs on the kitchen dishes used for the buffet breakfast. The room was not fully cleaned. We did find cookies under the side of the bed, hair along the walls in the bathroom and trash under the air/heat unit. No, we didn't go complain because we are very capable of cleaning for ourselves. Some of the staff were polite and friendly and others seemed like we were bothering them when asking questions. What could they better, get better dish washer soap, give you the information for wifi connection and password on check in, bigger trash cans/recycling bins, give you the option of throwing out your own trash and where to take it instead of leaving it in the hallway that stains the carpet. Maybe put like a car mat outside the door to put your trash on. Stop using the old fashioned vacuums and start using hepa vacuums with wands to make cleaning easier, cleaner and quicker for staff. Overall we would stay here again, don't take my words to say it was bad because it was not. These are just things that Hilton does have the ability to change.

Loved everything about this place with the exception of the bed. The mattress really needs replaced. Staff was friendly and food was great. The location was just what we needed and there was tons of business around for any needs. We came into town to adopt a dog and had our small dog with us, I love how dog friendly this place is. Will stay again when in area.

A bit disappointing. Not my first stay here. But the property needs better upkeep and management. Trash in hallways not picked up, plastic bottle in one stair well that stayed there during the entire duration of my trip. Pool closed for “unforeseen issues” (mind you it was also drained a year ago when I stayed last Christmas). Gym equipment all labeled out of order (despite local Covid ordinances allowing gyms open). Unit dish wear was so heavy with water scale that the dishes to the point of not being usable in any capacity (also left in dishwasher rather than put away prior to guest use). Breakfast meager options, but at least present. Overall the space was nice and ample for a family of four. Bathroom was decent though only contained 3 towels. There were no sheets for the pull out sofa. Rooms need a good deep clean from time to time. Had not been cleaned under the couch in a very long time.

Liked the lounge area apart from the sleeping area and liked the kitchenette. Did not like dishes being left in the dishwasher, the dishes were covered with what I assumed was calcium deposits and couldn't be used without a scrubbing. The elevator close to room was out of order.
