Stayed 2 nights. Everything was great except the pillows. They were awful.

Not very good floor very dirty in room tv barely working lines in screen half of TV was green like screen going out on it paint falling in bathroom ceiling

Room was decent and affordable. Nothing fancy about it. Pretty busy hotel. Lots of guests; possibly long- term guests. Located near busy interstate exit. Heard lots of traffic throughout the night!

Just needed a place to lay our head. Everywhere in town was triple the price. When I read the reviews and reviewed the price I was a little skeptical however Rahul at the front desk was very pleasant and showed us a true southern welcome. It was not the best spot in town of course but his welcome made it the most pleasured. It was tucked away (the property) but close to everything. The room was not the “most” sanitized but it def gave a safe place to lay our head.

Great service from the front desk team. Room was a bit disappointing in that it showed its age. Doors were dirty and corners not clean. Tiles in shower were mildewed and ceiling fan filled with dust. Again, compliments though to the front desk team. They were responsive and answered all enquiries promptly.

It was alot better than we expected for a 250 dollar 4 night stay booked last minute. Very lenient as far as rules and whatnot. We enjoyed it.

If the room would be updated as the lobby, it would be great. Unfortunately the rooms may need some TLC. But for the price it's OK, and the breakfast is good. But some room-neighbors may be (too) loud. Interesting is, that bus-line 10 to downtown is in walking distance.

Bathroom was dirty fount a dead roach on the floor shower wasn’t clean walls had stains and dirt on the my first and last time ever staying there .

It was very hard to let the chief staff at the lobby understand why he should not asked the customers out of sofa or any chairs or use the sitting area at the front lobby just because he liked the front lobby to be empty and clean during the business hours???? Plus, the room is very dark and out of care, the pool area where has chairs was closed. It was the most negative service person that my family had ever encountered. very very unprofessional and should not be in service business.

It was just another run down place with questionable people surrounding the outside area.
I think I received a contact high when we walked in.
But it is what it was and we got what we paid for

needs to be shut down it would of been a lot better if they didn't double charge me and when I had to talk to one them face to face they told me my money would be back on my card at 9 in the morning but when I called back they told 3-5 business days just a all around terrible place to stay especially since we had drive 3 hours and 30 minutes to get there and they couldnt have my room clean when I ordered the room 4 days ahead is just terrible service I really hope y'all guys do better in the future bc I will never wanna go back to a hotel like that

The room was dirty. The remote was missing the battery cover. There was gum stuck to the floor. The gum had been there for quit sometime it was black. Our room was in a corridor so you could hear everything. We wanted to use the pool and could not because they closed it early. I’m sure glad we were not sleeping in since there was so much noise by the hotel staff in the corridor.

There was clearly uncleaned vomit and vomit stains on my bed's frame and nearby end table. The manager said he couldn't do anything about at the time, but even upon telling the cleaning staff the next day, it still did not get cleaned. I had to spend another night in the room in that condition. Also, my window view was just of a utility closet and a trash can and no daylight. Horribly depressing stay. AirBnB for me forever now.

I like I like the rooms the rooms were clean very nice the property was clean it's just too many black and white females hanging out on the stairs and balconies all times of the night you got to walk down the stairs they don't want to move you walk up the stairs they look at you like you crazy mean look it's just scary

The site is conveniently located near an interstate exit but the property desperately needs an update. The bathroom door did not close and the walls were dirty. The grout around the tub and sink was missing in spots. The stairway and outside halls were dirty and the metal was rusty. The breakfast was very minimal with limited seating in the lobby breakfast area

dirty, smelled bad, front desk people rude, washer/dryer didn't work, lights flickered (scary), police showed up a couple of time and then i left as i couldn't stay there anymore regardless if i already paid and/or if wouldn't get a refund

Do no stay here!!!! There are bugs and mold in the rooms, when I talked to the guy at the front desk he was more worried about taking pictures of everything. He proceeded to give us another room and at that point we had been driving all day and we were not gonna stay in a bug and mold infested room.

It was ok and good for one night. We saw a lot of mold and our infant got congested after being in the room. The staff is extremely nice and property is nice just needs some deep cleaning of mold.

This hotel was in a good location to access Charleston, but it was not a super nice area. The breakfast was tragic (pancakes and muffins) and there was a lot of noise and people loitering about at all hours. People were yelling and singing both late at night and early in the morning. It was inexpensive and you get what you pay for. :)
