This is a lower priced hotel so one should not expect too much. The bed was comfortable and the sheets clean. There was some black mould around the tub. I sometimes get this starting at home and bleach quickly takes care of it. The smoke detector was covered up with a plastic bag so that it would not work. The bathroom door looked like a hole had been bashed in it at some time and the fix was a big lump of some filler that was cracking. A/c unit dirty. Something had been removed from the wall at some point so there was a patch of different coloured paint there. It says breakfast included but all they have for breakfast is a few muffins. Overall price is reasonable, I got a good sleep but the place is looking scruffy.

Stayed during an snow storm to be closer to work, and the next day became of an company party. Would be an great property if cleaner, and better maintained. The last person soap still was in the snow, the security doors open right up without an key. The floor were dirty upon arrival in my room.

The sinks were very slow drain. First time we used the toilet it overflowed. Went to the front desk to get a plunger but that did not work. I was told nothing they could do except use the public bathroom and wait until morning when maintenance got in. The next morning, before I left for the day I reminded the front desk of our issue and she assured me they were on it. Returned about 8pm, my door key didn't work so I had to go back to the front desk to get them reprogrammed. Get into the room to find the toilet was never tended to. Went to the back to the front desk and was told due to it being a holiday they had no staff to take care of the toilet. After a little back and forth, I got the clerk to get me a new room (Which should of happened originally). Same style room a floor up...noticed the hallway was half painted, like they gave up halfway through. New room was OK, there were busted tiles on the bathroom floor. On the positive side, the beds were comfortable..that's all I can say. The staff was inept. The whole building is screaming for renovation from the lobby (plexi-glass at the front desk??) to the hallways to the rooms. What a horrible stay.

Easy to find and get to. It’s definitely not the best quality but for a 1 night stay the bed was comfortable, AC worked well, and bathroom was decent.

The property could use a refresh. Lobby looked like it was mid-COVID. No room service in 4 days. But it was OK for the price and what I needed a motel for.

The lights/outlets on both sides of the bed didn't work, no outlet for the coffee maker, no soap dish in the shower & the sofa chair is filthy.

FILTHY PROPERTY !!!! Hal lways are disgusting and smelly so is the room . Bed seems clean . Lazy boy chair in room looks like it was taken from dumpster- disgusting. You can here the toilets flushing . Not worth the $ shame on Wyndham!

They advertised breakfast on web site but they had nothing. Advertised continental breakfast in room adversities. Back door was unlocked. Quite a few things had out of order on them

They mentioned online and even on main board that breakfast is available but actually they stoped serving it.. We changed three rooms.every room had some issue

Booked this place because breakfast was included! However, they had absolutley nothing to offer for breakfast. The clerk said, "call my manager". . . I know it is not his fault, but they should not advertise that breakfast is included when it is not. Not the cleanest hotel.

2/4/23 awoke to water flooding out of the bathroom ceiling fan! Staff bought huge garbage can but I waited for new room key. Woman at desk says,"We've got multiple problems right now, the elevator is down too so we're dealing with that." I said I couldn't carry my luggage up/down stairs so my new room needed to be on the same floor. She said, "You're checking out in 2.5 hours so we're not giving you another room!""How am I supposed to shower?!","Don't come at me like that! You're welcome to use the sink.""I'm going to need a refund!" She hung up on me! I guess I never should have reported the flood but, as rude as she was, they'd have tried to keep my $50 deposit!

No breakfast as advertised, light brown coffee with no sugar for tea. Front desk clerk who was high & didn't care, tried to keep my deposit. Thin towels, noisy guests. A bare minimum hotel.

The building is old, the lobby was dirty, and no new updates, Rooms were ok. The window heater was very loud, and I had to shut it off because it was making too much noise. I know it's inexpensive, but you can still make it nice.

Lobby was disheveled and needs updating. My boyfriend and I arrived around 10pm and we waited a good 10-15 minutes before a clerk appeared so we could get our room key. When she did appear, she was rude. The elevator was filthy, had mud and dirt all over the floor. We were pleasantly pleased with the condition of the room. The bed was comfortable, everything was clean.

Have chosen to return to this hotel based on the staff. Especially the efforts of the head of housekeeping. She always takes time to interact with guests, very friendly and has gone above expectations.

The first room smelled like a wet dog. We moved to a new room. The hair dryer, microwave and refrigerator were ancient. Coffee pot inoperable. There was no breakfast as promised at check in. We we're told they had no permits since COVID the next morning.Tub did not drain well. Very worn out place. My experience with hotels on Expedia have not been good.

Staff are always friendly and helpful especially Steve who was at the reception desk and does whatever he can to help clients.
