3 nights stay abs there was no room cleaning at all. We're didn't even put up the do not disturb sign on the door.

Bathtub is dirty. Shampoo and boy lotion dispensers empty. Thermostat in room not working. I called the front desk to report it and I was told , “ let me see if they’re still here to look at it.” No response after that. Had to ask about breakfast because I wasn’t told when checking in. I had to leave a $50 deposit for “incidentals” ??

Breakfast was In a paper bag. AC is hot air only. WiFi password didn’t work, needed to ask for another. Shower switch on spigot to direct water to shower head is hard to pull/press.

We had low expectations, but were pleasantly surprised. It was hard to find a budget-friendly reservation anywhere in the area on a fall Saturday night. We took a chance here and everything was a-okay, no regrets. The dining area was under construction when we checked in on Saturday - and was brand new on Sunday morning, as if by magic. Recommended as a safe no-frills stop.

The entire property is under construction and smells like cigarette smoke. We came here so my kids could use the pool and it is closed and under construction. Would have been nice to know ahead of time so we could have made other arrangements.

Clean rooms. Convenient to highway. Was under construction but didn’t effect our stay. Front desk clerk a bit rude during check in. All other staff seemed friendly.

Just a nice place. Second time I stayed there. Feels like home. Clean… comfortable…. Excellent breakfast, cheese omelette, bacon, muffins, pond cake and much more. Rooms are clean, bed comfortable, staff friendly. It’s a good place… I will return.

The place was clean however the one of the elevators didn’t work, The TV didn’t work 2 out 3 days of my stay. Finally my toilet was not flushing properly. I was in town for my dad’s funeral and the stay was anything but nice or comfortable. I won’t stay there again.

Me and my friends stayed in Hampton Inn, around 1:30 my friend felt a bite, and she’s allergic to bedbugs bite. Her hand Immediately got red and swollen. We seat by Ed the bed and saw a bedbug. When we called front desk they asked us to bring in downstairs to prove. So we did. Receptions told us that she can not give us a refund and it will be after he

The sliding door for the bathroom/closet in our room did not slide easily. It got stuck as one moved it to try to close the bathroom portion. We needed to use much more brute strength/force to get the door to close for privacy. It was more than was reasonable. One of the people in the room could not shut it independently.

Good size room but they "DID NOT CLEAN" it when we were away All Day and came back at night to No Towels or Face Clothes, unmade bed and trash containers full and "NOT EMPTIED"!. This is very concerning to me.

Hampton Inns are always a solid for us as they are consistent across the country. The staff is always top notch. My only complaint on this trip was with our actual room. The shower spray was only potent on hot setting and our sink didn't drain very well. Room and hotel were clean and all day/night coffee, tea or hot chocolate is always a bonus as is the free breakfast.

Shower trickled all day and night. Blow dryer was broken, Beds uncomfortable for a Hampton. Breakfast was good, nice fireplace in the lobby. Best part of the stay was front desk staff who were accommodating, friendly and helpful, especially Chuck who was wonderful.

We celebrated my daughter’s birthday in December at this hotel and the pool water was soo warm. I have never been to an indoor pool in the winter months were the pool water has been as warm as this one. The hotel was close to home and very clean.
