Our stay was great Customer service from Jen was 100% the best. The outside of the building needs some work. Not sure if they are in the process of remodeling or not but it seems a little old.

No room service at all, dirty tub . No drinkable water, staff not available at the desk . Not enough coffee and cups . Igor the price , i do not recommend this hotel . Very disappointing

Everyone was very helpful and nice. The beds are comfortable and rooms are clean. Good options for breakfast in the morning. I had a lot of trouble with my key card not working most days I stayed which was frustrating but other than that it was wonderful. I definitely recommend. They also have great options in the gym!

Nice hotel. Room was large and clean. Beds and bathroom were nice. Extra counter is helpful. Not nearly enough outlets near the heads of beds - I think two in middle and two on each side is ideal, but there were only 2 in the middle and none on the sides. Working ice maker, parking was fine. Breakfast was great - it's hot (not continental) with daily variation - eggs, sausage then omelette and bacon. Oatmeal, pancakes, and other stuff every day. Orange juice was gone by the time we got there (late). I gather it's only a short walk to the beach though we didn't see.

Continental breakfast is so so good! Bacon, sausage, eggs, bread, fruit, best coffee! Free parking! Great WiFi and HBO! CPK nearby to eat. So quiet. Would go there again.

The Hotel is at an excellent location, very close to the beach. Walking distance to coffee shops and restaurants. The breakfast at the hotel is amazing too! Highly recommended this place!

The room was nice & spacious had a comfortable bed. Good amenities. Free breakfast. The room did not have darkening drapes. It needs a bit more soundproofing as a street sweeper came by several times before daylight.

The property was clean and friendly staff. First night was quiet yet Friday night it got loud, and the floor above had a person that was running around the room or hallway. Around 9 done. We will return yet the top floor. The room was clean and comfortable. The balcony door was broken, and the view was of a cleaning detail shop. Since I was spending very little time in the room it did not matter. Their breakfast is lovely and appeals to a variety of peoples eating habits.

Parking is $16 in their lot. Also they never told us it was a no smoking patio and charged me over $150 fee when never smoked in the room. No curtains covered the windows in room either. Front desk wouldnt work with me with any fees. Never go there again.

Had to move rooms half way through stay. Heard many others complaining of room cleanliness. You can tell that this property has not had any proper PMs done for a long time in both the rooms I stayed in. Had a cricket get into my room, I assume through the 1/2 inch gap under the door because the door sweep was missing. Complaining and was told they only had 1 room with a king to move too even though I booked for 4 adults. Some how they were able to put me in a suite, when I demanded 2 room so all of our party had a bed. Staff was very unfriendly, at one point I tried to exchange a soda I bought at their front desk because it was expired and tasted weird. I was made to show the front seat person exa the expiration date on the bottle in my hand before she would exchange it.

I was very disappointed in the Sofa in the Room was very dirty the seat on the sofa was turned around because it had rips in the vinyl and the same condition of the office chair....... I will not recommend this property. Staff was friendly and polite!!!

Location is excellent. Short walk to the beach, easy walking distance to restaurants, shops, etc...The neighborhood is very quiet. Overall, lovely, quiet atmosphere.

The stairs in the hotel lobby were absolutely filthy. The sinks in the bathroom were dirty around the edges. Pool area and hot tub were nice. Great location and breakfast was better than most (ripe bananas and fresh walnuts!) They need to work on the fundamentals.

Pros: quiet and the air conditioning works really well, reasonably priced includes a basic breakfast. Easy parking & great location Cons: housekeeping; the room appeared clean when I checked in. However, the next morning I noticed that there were no bath towels so, I used a hand towel to dry off. In retrospect, suspect the bed was made and dirty towels removed without really cleaning. I did call for towels for the next morning and they were delivered promptly. There was no “light touch” conducted on day 2. There are no coffee makers in the room
