Super clean , super handy to the airport with the shuttle, the staff were very friendly and helpful , nice water and funny candies out , didn’t have time to use the pool but it looked nice and clean . We loved our stay there .

NH was a great place to spend a night before an early flight. The shuttle was terrific--on time and comfortable both ways. The hotel is located in a nice area where I could walk. The restaurant provided a nice safe dinner for a solo traveler. Would have used the pool but I forgot to put my swim suit in my overnight bag (they had nice beach towels). I found the bed to be a little hard and the sheets not as soft as I am used to but it was really a good experience and gave me just what I needed.

A really nice hotel with all you need for a shorter or longer stay. We stayed for three nights and we really appreciate the staff’s hospitality, nice room and the location of the hotel. We will definitely book it again when we return to Madrid. The nearby metro station also made it really easy to get around Madrid.
