Small beds. Who heard of a full size bed in a hotel?? Very noisy! We are at the corner of a busy street and traffic runs through early morning and evening. Not to mention the occaisional Harley. I don't think we'll stay here again.

Once upon a time a nice budget friendly place - now - not so much. Shower / Tub failed to drain, eventually by day 3 - someone came to resolve. No toilet paper or Kleenex or soap in the soap dispenser in the shower. H/C shower mixer handle barely held on to "control" temp. The place is over tired and waaay over due for an upgrade.

The hotel is an older hotel. The rooms I booked online were not what we got. The description online queen bed w/sofa sleeper, but in actuality one queen bed in the room. Unfortunately this hotel needs some repair. One sink had a crack across the top. Chips on the wall needed patching. My room door didn’t close completely on its own you had to push the door close and pull the handle on the way out. For almost $200 dollars for each room I wouldn’t come back here to stay.

I was visiting for my grandson’s 1st birthday. The location was ideal, front desk staff was very friendly. The included breakfast was simple, but nice, all the basics. As a woman traveling alone I felt very safe.

This hotel is getting run down. The door into the room was not closing properly and it was scraping on the threshold.Someone put an extra hinge on the door put it did not help. Lifting the door as it closed made it latch properly.

Our room had a few problems. The lamp did not work. Not enough light in the kitchen. We found cockroaches in the room. Most likely won’t stay at this hotel again.

I didn’t get to stay here they don’t except your bank debit card only credit cards I’ve never had this happen and am very upset I’m Waiting to hear from Expedia about my refund

Property is really showing it's age. Rooms were clean but felt worn out - carpeting, somewhat dim lighting, curtains, musty smell in the hallways. The included breakfast is nice - a couple of hot items to go with fruit, yogurt, cereal, bread/bagel, coffee.

It's nice to have a full size fridge, dishwasher, and kitchen supplies. Linens were comfortable, and the bathroom was clean. The furniture is worn, but solid and comfortable. It's all I needed for my stay.

I want to start by saying the staff were absolutely wonderful! Everyone we talked to was so nice and helpful. Our issue was at check in. The management of this place does not allow you to check in using a debt card. It has to be a credit card. I booked through expidia.com and it does not say this anywhere on there. I don't have credit cards and if my husband hadn't brought his, I don't think we would have been able to check in. Again, this was not the receptionists fault. She was nothing but sweet the entire time while explaining. This is a managment policy that either needs to be made clear on all booking websites or changed.

My stay at the hotel with my fiance was rather pleasant and peaceful, given the New Year holiday. Upon check in the staff was very helpful with giving us the option of a walk-in shower or a bathtub which I'd already booked considering my fiance wanted a bath. The executive suite room was spacious consisting of a bedroom, living room, and kitchenette. They also provide a continental breakfast, hot coffee and tea throughout the day. Also the vending machines have a great selection of food and drinks. The only thing that I noticed in our room was that there were punch marks in the wall/gouges, the bathroom sinks weren't draining properly, no body wash in the shower, and nobody knocked on our door to ask if we needed any extra supplies.

Room was clean but bathroom sink had very slow drain. Within 15 seconds of turning on a trickle of water the drain backed up. Bathtub had a patched hole in the bottom of the fiberglass. TP was like sandpaper. Went and bought my own roll of softer TP.

Place was run down, bad lighting, not very clean, carpet looks like it wasn’t vacuumed , drapery and furniture very worn, shear’s fraying. Found large dead cockroach on kitchen floor the next morning and there was a small black bug crawling around on the floor in the middle of the night. I think it was a baby coach roach. The room was about $120 a night, which is really cheap. I would not return there, would rather pay a little more and get something clean and in better condition. Bed was comfortable and it was quiet. Positive thing, bed was ok for me and it was quiet. My adult kid’s room was run down, furniture old no bugs, found, they had good night’s rest on the bed.

Hotel was outdated, thin windows so you can hear all the vehicles as it is on a busy street. Free bfast was the worst I have ever seen. Rooms were very outdated with old scratched up furniture. We will not be back. Very disappointed

There was an extension cord by my bed! The previous time, there wasn’t but the time before that, there was. Yes-No-Yes. The desk clerk on the 2nd time had said we could’ve called down to ask for one. So do that. Without them, the plugs are inadequate. The phone didn’t seem to work & had the wrong number on it. The thermostat didn’t seem to change with new settings, but I may not have been working it right. All the staff is wonderful. The front panel of the shelf holding the bathroom sink is cracked, giving the place an old feeling, but it works just fine. Room 231.

There was a roach walking around in a room. The kitchen sink was completely clogged. The room was extremely cold, even though we had the heater on the whole night. In the morning I looked at the window and the window seal was broken and there was a big gap between the window. that’s why it was so cold in the room because the window was not sealed and there was cold air coming in the whole night. I was only in the room for a couple hours, but it was not a pleasant day. The next day when I called the front desk, the manager didn’t seem to care about anything I was telling her. She was defensive and very rude. Looking at the condition of the room those problems have been there for a while so I’m sure she has heard complaints about this room before. She told me that since I didn’t switch rooms that night, I must have been satisfied with my stay. It was almost 1 o’clock in the morning when I got back to my room and I was exhausted and was not in the mood to change rooms. I wasn’t even calling to get a refund. I was just letting them know that there was problems with the room and I didn’t want to be held accountable for it. I’ll never stay at this place again! Plus, hotels.com. Didn’t care at all when I told them about this.

Front desk staff very judgmental, arrogant and egotistical. Believed front desk staff read personal correspondence when asked to print out e-mails, at front desk as service to customer. Carpets badly stained in many places - public areas. Carpets Dirty and disgusting. Poor morning breakfast food options, and ends too early to use.

The hotel was unexpectedly nice. We usually stay at a “name brand hotel”, but we tried this hotel and we are glad we did. We were a little disappointed with the breakfast because it was limited. It might have been since it was morning of a Sunday.

Read the yelp reviews before booking. Trust the bad ones! Roaches in the bathroom. Very dirty. Smelled old. The couch was repulsive. Roaches. There is never just one. Will never return and will be sure to tell others to stay away.

I wanted a suite and this was a decent one. The room had a musty smell, the door stuck, the paint was peeling in the bathroom. More like a budget hotel but just as pricey as the nicer suites.
