Outstanding Independent Hotel! Great staff and location!!

When we checked in the receptionist was very rude, detached, irritable and even confrontational. We had come a long way with an infant and just needed some answers to their cable TV since we came to view a NFL playoff game and couldn’t find it on their channels. We ended up leaving the hotel and stopping at a sports bar and asking our question. All service was average at best. Just seemed like the employees hated to be there.

Loved this hotel! Right on the beach, clean and the staff were all so accommodating. The manager Karla was the Beat! Thank you for the wonderful stay. I will definitely be back!

Great place to stay. Very clean and updated. Views of the lake were perfect, along with beach and fire pit. Would recommend.

We reserved a room with a lake view. The view was amazing. The sandy beach was very clean with many loungers available. I would stay here again.

We had a wonderful stay! great Hotel is older but very well kept up! We were only going to stay two nights but we decided to stay 3 because it was so nice ! Breakfast was good. Coffee in the lobby was very nice could have been a little stronger but it was very nice to have it! The only other thing wouid be softer towels! 🤗 Great stay we will for sure be back!

The employees were polite and friendly. Only reason I gave the hotel this rating is because we had blood on the pull out couch all over the sheets, a huge urine stain on the bed and the jet tub , when filled had a bunch of sand in it. It looked clean at first but when my family went to go to bed we realized it was extremely dirty. Told people after finding out and then after check out. They did nothing. Called expedia afterwards and all they did was offer a voucher. For afew dollar's off. And didnt give me back my points saved qnd used towards the hotel.

We’ve stayed here several times while visiting family in the area. We tried a couple of other hotels but prefer the Beachfront. They are always friendly, coffee available, clean comfortable rooms, and a free continental breakfast. They even let us checkin a little early this visit due to time conflicts with family.

Our room smelled terrible and we both got sick after staying there. We were there for 5 days and they didn’t clean our room at all.

Quick overnight stay, the location is pretty, the beachfront is nice with plenty of loungers and 2 fire pits for gathering. There's a swing set for littles and a dock for fishing or if you have friends w/a boat. Across the street, there is a nice golf course.

Love everything about this place the staff all of it except the black family that smoked weed everywhere that could be smelled constantly throughout the place that same family taking all the pastries well just about all they could carry back to their room back and forth many times every morning. Rap music being played all day. It would have been nice to have more variety each morning for breakfast like eggs and bacon etc. but we would have probably never got any anyway because of the family that felt entitled that the place was only there’s. We will be back but not if this becomes the standard.

every one is very nice and it has a private beach and volleyball net. It’s a great location. It has a indoor pool and laundry facilities and a continental Brekfast

30 min after we got into our room 2 of our neghbors were in a mad dash to leave, saying they both had bed bugs everywhere in their rooms. The hotel smelled like chemicals and the cleaning carts had bottles of bed bug treatment on them. The staff clearly knew they have an active problem yet continue checking guests in. We ended up leaving.

The only issue I had was I went out on the balcony to have coffee and relax and look at the lake and the room to the right of me was a smoker and they were loud on the balcony smoking cigarettes. I was very upset bc I could no longer sit outside and enjoy the view. I had to stay locked inside bc the smoke was horrible and they were very loud.
