What a fabulous hidden gem here in Campbell. Hotel, staff, front desk, rooms, the decor - love it. I’m a business traveler..this will be my regular stop. Plus minutes from Pruneyard center shopping and restaurants.

It's the little things that make a stay pleasant. Nice staff, real eggs and some nice fresh berries and yogurt for breakfast, the table and mirror just inside the door to drop keys and make a last check everything is in place on the way out. Also, although an older building, plenty of electrical outlets strategically placed (thank you). Bed was comfy and bathroom spacious. And less than 15 minutes to SJC. What more can a traveler ask for.

Lovely French provincial decore throughout public areas. The Salon offers a plentiful complementary breakfast. The room was large and bed was comfortable . Bathroom was also big with hot shower in tub. This is a great hotel at such a low rate.

Its a fine hotel for the price. Good breakfast. . They have to do something about the smell in the hallways though. Its terrible.

I had stayed there before and really liked it. I was somewhat disappointed this time, mainly in the service. The first full day we didn’t want full maid service, rather just a change in towels and the desk clerk seemed to have a hard time fulfilling that request, but after much discussion did make it happen. The second day we got full service but the housekeeper didn’t replace all the towels. Basically, though, it was comfortable.

The hotel is absolutely gorgeous and the staff are friendly and welcoming! I usually stay somewhere nearby when I’m in the neighborhood but this time, I had my 89 year old mother-in-law in tow so I thought I’d get something less sterile. I found the Bristol online and thought it looked lovely. I was actually underwhelmed when I pulled up as the exterior is unassuming (but secure, well lit with plenty of parking). Once I walked in the lobby though, I was dazzled!! Every inch of the place was beautifully decorated! I wanted an early check in as my MIL was getting tired. The manager was very helpful and said he would get us a room right away, which he did! The room was immaculate and the beds were very comfortable. I wasn’t able to stream content on their tv though as I am used to doing at other hotels but that wasn’t a big deal. I was able to use a hdmi cable and my laptop so she could watch her shows. Overall, I was above satisfied with our stay at the Bristol.

We thoroughly enjoyed our spacious room. It was spotless and comfortable. The buffet breakfast was great with a variety of options. The breakfast personnel were helpful and attentive to keeping everything fresh.

This is a classy place. Louis XIV would have felt right at home with the statues, period paintings and a plethora of crystal chandeliers and light fixtures. My room was well-appointed. It would have been nice to have a clock that I could see in the dark. The bed was comfortable and I slept well. The breakfast was good continental-style. I'd be happy to return here when I am in the area.

Hotel was beautiful, very clean and quiet the staff and Raul the hotel manager were amazing very quick response if we needes anything. Coming back to San Jose definitely this will be our place to stay. Bristol Hotel is totally a Hidden Jewel.
