The property was decent, clean enough, but looking quite run-down. I had a very early flight out of Sanford airport, and this was the closest motel. The staff were very nice and accommodating.

Room was somewhat clean, it was a dirty towel on the floor around the refrigerator. Found hair in the bathtub. The room had musty smell. Hallway smelled like old food. Rusty appliances. Place needs to be renovated.

First appearance a nice room.
Showerhead sprayed water up & over shower curtain onto the floor.Next morning a large cockroach on kitchen counter; then one dropped onto my neck as I was getting dressed.

The Hotel was not clean and had a terrible odor. I checked out right after checking in. I will not choose an extended Stay America again.

I was a little disappointed in the breakfast.Had to leave to find food.This needs improvement don’t list it as breakfast when it was a small muffin and coffee

It was just as advertised ! It did the job and was extremely cheap .

The entire hall leading to the room smelled like dog urine and crap. Entered the room, and it smelled just as bad. Pieces of dog food on the floor. Bed looked like a taco shell. We didn't stay. Luckily they refunded us. This hotel has gone downhill.

I reserved a king size bed suite non-smoking. When I got to the 3rd floor, hallway was stuffy, smoking smell in the air. The room smelled like smoke and cleaning supplies at the same time. My partner and I didn’t even want to shower because of the bathroom conditions. We actually arrived after 10pm and left after 5am because my partner and I could not sleep due to our throats suddenly started hurting and my partner had a fever.

The condition of the suite itself was requiring some minor work. I know the facility manager was on top of it.

The rooms have an old smell to them and definitely would benefit from some renovations. Some of the lights in my room were out so it was pretty dim. The first floor I was on smelled like feces. I’m not sure if it was from the dogs or just the normal smell. The room was pretty uncomfortable but I only had to stay a day so I made due. I’ve been here before and each time the staff would come to my room before checkout at 11am knock once then try to enter. I don’t care if it was free, I would never stay again. A lot of people seem to live there full time and at night people leave rocks in the side doors to keep them open.

this was the dirtyest hotel i've ever stayed in even after telling front desk there was hockers and spillage in the elevator for 2 days. never been to a hotel where you have to turn in your dirty towel to get a clean one.

Monica, Christina, Tina the General Manager are outstanding. They helped me so much and were so patient and friendly. I am so grateful for them and the wonderful stay. The housekeeping staff work around the clock to keep things super clean. I always see someone vacuuming the halls and lobby. Everything is perfect and I have stayed at many ESA in different states and cities. Oh! There’s are gorgeous views of Top Golf and green fields. It’s off of the Main Street but everything you could ever need is 3-5 minutes away. I love it 😍

The hotel staff called me around 759 pm to tell me that the hotel could not accommodate me because they were over booked and there was nothing they could to to guaranty my room and they put it to expidia to have me overbooked the lady on front desk stated that 3rd party’s agency use to overbook rooms anyways my issue was not with expidia I’m happy with there’s service it was the hotel
Any way I was left with out a place to stayed and the front desk lady hunged up on me

Stay was convenient, used the hotel for mostly sleeping. Had day to day activities to attend. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The bathroom had a strong odor, I think it was more of a sewer problem than the cleanliness of the space.

So bad i went to a different hotel even with their no refund policy. Felt unsafe locks didnt work and place is also a weekly and monthky rental. Theydonf tell you thst. Room next to me was also non smoking yet guest was somking outside by my air conditioner.

I am super happy with the team there and help me out when I was sick. And I always check the air filters on the air conditioners and they were all perfectly clean to my surprise. Very good job down there. Thank you.

Bed super uncomfortable, no USB to charge phone, the free breakfast is only coffee and muffin, for the price it’s a really old hotel, the curtain are really small for the big windows, we wake up for the lights

The room was larger than most hotel rooms and had a convenient kitchenette. The bed was comfortable, better than those at the cheap motels. Bathroom was a nice size and everything worked as it should. The hallways were a little dingy but I could overlook that because everything else about the stay was very nive.

My stay was only for a few days. I did not get to check out the area that much. I do love the green scenery approaching the hotel and the location of the hotel itself was good! It was quiet. Clean. I would definitely stay here again!

Staff was amazing. Felt very cared for. The trip was a family member in hospital. I would recommend to friends and family pleasure business or in time to travel for friends and family. Thank you to all staff members making us feel at home away from home.
