I really enjoyed the stay. The front desk was attendant Kristen (I think) was incredibly welcoming. my room was ready right away. It was very nice and clean. The beds were comfortable. There were no extra charges for parking and the incidental was only $10. There’s a lot to do around the area and lots of places to eat. The pool stayed open until 10pm — . I look forward to coming back again and again.

Pleasant check in. Room was clean and comfortable. What I liked best was having a nightlight in the bathroom. It allowed us to sleep with the bathroom door open and the regular light off. There was plenty of light from the nightlight to navigate to the bathroom safely. It was also nice to have a sofa in the room instead of just one chair.

My one concern was the shower control kept falling to the hottest setting. I could not get it to stay at the level I wanted. Once I turned the handle past the halfway position, the handle would start to drop down to the hottest setting.

We had a quick o we night stay. The room was very good condition and comfortable. We didn’t ask for it but was asked if the handicap room was okay (I’m not handicapped) and I agreed. So the room was very spacious. I meant to report a drain issue in the tub (Room 217). The water drained very slowly and backed up in the tub while showering. That is the only reason you missed a 5-Star! The property is very nice and we frequent the JAX area, so we will stay there again!

Horrible experience. Got two queen beds instead of a King. Refrigerator didn’t work, in fact the knobs were missing. Beds squeaked every time we moved and pillows were not very good. Told the desk and they just came up with excuses. Will not stay here again. On a positive….the breakfast was great!!

Lady on the front desk was extremely rude and threatening me of kicking me out of the hotel. She tried to double charge me for stay. Was extremely disrespectful and start to raising her voice on me very badly. Rooms must be sprayed with some chemicals entire night. I was unable to sleep due to the itching in my throat.

The staff was very nice. Great area. I felt very safe walking my dog at 2am. Very close to the beach and tons of shopping and food. I would definitely stay here again.

Our stay was pleasant and the rooms met our needs. Overall, very good given the reasonable price for our stay. The only negative I have is that the mattresses were a bit uncomfortable, and felt worn, but everything else was very good. Breakfast was good, too. I'd stay here again.

Very nice staff, clean, well lit at night. The bed is very comfy. I slept like a baby. Might be because of the bathtub. Oversized deep Jacuzzi style tube was just what I needed. Thank you

If you're just looking for a nice place to stay in the Ponte Vedra area, this is an excellent choice. Good location and in the center of everything. Breakfast in the lobby is decent and lots of chairs/tables for seating. Rooms are clean, bathrooms/showers are good and service is lovely. My only suggestion is for more lighting near the desks in the rooms.

Mostly a pleasant stay. Easy check-in, friendly staff, digital key available as a Hilton Honors member. Included breakfast is a nice feature, with good variety. Execution could use some improvement-potatoes pale and not thoroughly cooked, hot foods not kept at proper holding temperature (I am retired foodservice so I can tell). Would prefer to have pillows that are firmer, rather than those that collapse to nothing when leaned against. We seem to find these at many properties unfortunately. Wish the pool had a hot tub! Other than those quibbles we enjoyed our stay.

It a great place to stay when visiting my son’s family. It’s convenient to eating and shopping. The staff is friendly, I’m sure I will stay again.

The hotel was a reasonable place to stay; however, the room walls are thin and noise from neighbors and from the hallways is very audible. Our room was near the elevator shaft, so noisy guests were a problem as well.

Hotel was very good. We enjoyed our stay. Staff was very courteous. Only issue was that the bath tub drains very slow causing a stain over period of time. Just looks unbecoming. Otherwise everything was terrific.
