Refunded immediately for filthy room. Dust, spills, food crumbs, stains, spit, and oily fingerprints that should have been cleaned were present on most surfaces.

It is a very clean hotel, just a little older. Pros: Clean, comfortable bed, reasonably priced, ample parking. Cons: One elevator, understaffed, stand up shower does not protect the floor (you’ll need extra towels for sure), tvs not updated (no Peacock/Netflix, etc. Just DirecTV). Overall we would stay again because we love the town and it’s fairly priced!

Property was good, hot tub was nice (a little high on the chlorine) but nice and hot. The doors need some updating we could see hallway lights all the way around our door didn’t seem very secure door. The area was nice and close to everything we needed. All in all nice clean hotel. Breakfast was good also.

The room was clean and friendly staff. We got a jacuzzi tub room but it didn’t do any good since there wasn’t enough hot water to fill it. Was barely even warm when full with turned on full hot the whole time. And the shower is a tiny and dark little pod. If your over 5’9 or so you’ll have to duck to wash your hair

Service was wonderful, but the rooms are in need of updating. Very old and dingy walls, furniture, carpet, bedspreads. Musty, moldy smell throughout the hotel.

Room and bathroom were dirty. We had to wipe our own tables and night stands s well as the bathroom counter. The shower and the tub had hair all over and the toilet was not scrubbed.

Didn’t like the slamming doors on level 3 most of the night ! barking dogs ! We were near the stairs , doors were slamming all night ! Will request ground floor next time ?

Daughter had apts at Motts Childrens Hospital, so we rented two rooms, both nice, beds comfy. First 10 mins there, both toilets backed up. Fan in the bathrooms didn't work and the floors around the beds needed better vacuuming skills. But the kids loved the pool and the breakfast was good! Would stay again .

Nice lobby, easy check-in. Room was clean but the shower was TINY!!! Dropped the soap and had a hard time bending over to pick it up. WIFI worked but not that great. TV was rather strange because the menu of stations was choppy and hard to read. A couple of minor maintenance items - holes in chair arms and security lock on the door missing a screw and was basically useless. See pictures below. Free breakfast - blah.

The staff was helpful and friendly. The bed was comfortable and everything was clean. Unfortunately, we could hear someone in another room snoring, and despite the blackout curtains, light came in around the edges of the curtain and from the hall.

No one at check in desk, had to wait for 5 min for someone to appear, breakfast is available till at 0930 and we went down at 0830 and no eggs or sausage left. i asked 2 different staff if they were going to replenish and both said not my job. The next day it was fine. Chair in room ,really bad shape are torn up on arms. Paid for 3 guests in room only shampoo for 1 in room

The facility’s free WiFi (which is specifically mentioned as an amenity included in the cost of the room) was out all weekend. When I asked about it at the front desk I was told that maintenance had been called but it probably wouldn’t be fixed anytime soon. No apology for the inconvenience, no offer to give me a refund or even a break on a future booking. I understand that some things aren’t within the control of whoever is at the front desk on a weekend, but that person should be empowered to make it right with the affected customer in some way.

We liked that there was a hot tub and pool. And the breakfast provided was good. What we didn't like...The hotel desperately needs a good cleaning. The carpet in our room was filthy and had a huge red stain. The chairs in the room were also stained and the cleaner missed throwing out an open bar of soap used by the previous occupant. Very unsanitary. We most likely would not stay here again.

The property was clean and staff were friendly. We have stayed here multiple times before Covid for various events and it was always nice and well kept. It really feels like the property has not been kept up and is not nearly as nice as it used to be. Disappointed in the quality in comparison to what it used to be.

When we first stepped into the elevator past the front desk, you could see dirt all over the floor. That was the first bad sign. (The dirt accumulated on the floor over 3 days) Then the black substance that scraped off (unlike caulk) was easily observed in the tub lining. So when we checked out by 9 am on the 3rd out of 5th day once we got an airbnb, they wouldn't refund the unused two nights even though hotels.com said they certainly would be able to. Do not advise staying here. There are other, better hotels nearby.

We liked the staff, their genuine attentiveness. Those gals work so hard stripping though rooms . Ppl often forget that it’s a hard job but these gals just make looks easy bc they been doing I y their whole life thanks all!!! Loved out stay wish I could come back today….. Shannon Little

The property is dingy and the beds quite uncomfortable. For the price, I would’ve expected more than 2 towels left for 2 people on a 3-night stay. The staff was very nice, but the property is overpriced and needs updating.
