Amazing hotel ! very comfortable ,pretty spacious, great breakfast, great parking on a good day! Amazing staff!

Our hotel rooms were fine, comfortable enough. Clean. The location of the hotel is a great alternative to accessing Boston and the surrounding area, without having to pay super high prices for closer into the city. I did notice the wallpaper peeling in the room, especially where they seams met, as well as peeling on the Adhesive stickers on the wall with the Hampton Inn signs, most notably in the bathroom. However, the bathroom Appeared recently updated, and I appreciated the large dispensers of shampoo and conditioner, and body shower gel Attached to the shower. Most of the breakfast food was good, except for the eggs and the sausages, very much like cardboard, and the coloring of the food was gray. Our other complaint was the bar/restaurant; The solo bartender was doing the best that he could with a very busy bar and restaurant service going on, and with one other employee running food out for him. But the bar was extremely low stocked on much of anything, including regular soda. Overall, though, the day was good, and these are minor adjustments that can easily be remedied. The front desk staff were welcoming and informative, and provided good customer service.

The breakfast was below average, the help were standing , leaning against the wall, said to one "excuse me", to get a fork.
The shuttle left early, so had to wait for the next trip at 11:00 instead going at 10:30 am to pick up rental car

The room was nice,except whe you open the curtains you were staring at the draining pipe, and was loud every night. The little restaurant was nice, free breakfast was different every day. The people at the front desk was great, and the shuttle service was wonderful.

The front desk were very nice and promptly responded to our request to grange rooms. We checked in late in the evening and needed to get to sleep for a very early morning departure. When we got to our room there was loud music playing in the adjacent room. We asked them to turn it down however they did not. We went back to the front desk and requested a room change which they quickly arranged and we had some restful hours of sleep. Thank you.

I am hoping it was just a miscommunication, but I specifically asked not to be out by an elevator... And where do you think my room was. The faucet was broken and the roof was leaking my on the bad rain

We're not sure how you could call it a restaurant/bar off the lobby. Pretty lame, TV didnt work, plastc utensils, very unwelcoming.

Shuttle service was terrible….waited for 30 minutes. Vehicle was dirty and in disrepair. Bed was hard, sheets were mildewed and stained. Sink was stopped up….AC was noisy….thin sound insulation. Desk clerks at check in was slow. Very unprofessional.

We stayed at this hotel so we could park and use the shuttle to and from the airport.
Upon our return, we waited for nearly an hour at the airport for the shuttle to pick us up.
When the shuttle driver arrived, the vehicle smelled strongly of cigarettes with one on the dash. The driver had the windows open during the first few minutes of the drive in winter.
Along the drive to the hotel, the driver took a detour off route to pick up an unknown person on a random street corner in the city (not a designated stop), with no explanation making our trip longer.
When we arrived at the hotel, our driver used multiple expletives to explain his frustration with another vehicle in his way, despite the presence of children / families in the shuttle.
After parking, the driver carelessly threw our luggage from the van onto the ground.
He then walked into the hotel loudly reprimanding the shuttle passengers that nobody had tipped him.
I asked for a manager to call me, he did not, so I had to call in. He told me he would speak with his supervisors and call me back. He did not. I had to call back to get ahold of him. Between parking and room we paid $175. Ultimately they offered us $30 and gave us hoops to jump through to get it. This was insulting and I cannot believe this hotel felt good about that given our experience. They had a chance to do the right thing and they dropped the ball, majorly.
Not to mention the parking service drives your vehicle without telling you? Unacceptable

When we arrived at the hotel we were told that they overbooked and didn’t have a room for us. Thankfully, they rebooked us into another hotel. Mad props to the car service for getting us to the new hotel quickly.

We came back to the hotel around 10pm Saturday night. We drove around the parking lot for more than 20 mins looking for a parking spot. Finally a parking attendant stopped us and told me to park in the fire lane along the tree line. I was not comfortable parking there but he assured me my car would be fine. I went and spoke to the manager and told her and she said if the attendant said it would be okay then it would. Fast forward to the morning my car is completely smashed in the front end and no one knows anything. No cameras nothing. I am livid and I have a 6 hour drive home in a brand new crashed car. I am furious! Now I have to pay a deductible for something that was not my fault!

Convenience of free airport shuttle and long term parking ($15/night) was what made us book this hotel. About 15 min from airport. Room was clean, but noisy guests and doors slamming in the middle of the night made it hard to get any sleep.
Luggage storage available on first floor near the desk. Shuttle driver was very helpful loading and unloading luggage.

Oversold, had to go to a different hotel at 1 am and then change back in the morning or pay more at the other hotel. All this despite the hotel having my card on file.
I missed morning meeting to change back.

Everything was perfect except for the pool condition. This pool is in very bad condition, the hot tubbis broking and there warning yellow band every where around the pool. It’s a dangerous place…

Had to change rooms due to a ceiling leak, then the room we were moved to had a car alarm going off all night. Desk said nothing they can do since the crew that handles the overnight cars were gone for the evening.

My go-to place to stay the night before an early Logan flight. Affordable, courteous staff, comfy, clean rooms. They have a long term parking service on-site that is very affordable. I use way.com but I think you can call the hotel directly as well. Would appreciate a recycle bin for paper and bottles.

Over all OK. You should know they charge for parking your car 20$ per night. It was advertised as parking available and i think its misleading, add for additional charge!

Took 1 hour to be pick-up at the car rental, called 4 times, they came once and wait less than half minute, by the time I got near the shuttle, they left. Room clean on request only. Didn’t tell customer upon check-in. Breakfast was poor

First, when I got there, there was someone in my room they were working on the heating system, which took about 20 minutes. They should’ve never gave me that room then my key cards were not working to open my door so every time that I went out of my hotel room. I had to go to the front desk and have them send maintenance up to unlock my door. Such a big inconvenience.

I am very happy with my stay at the Hampton. It was adequately clean, the staff was excellent and the room was big and comfortable. My only complaint was that there was no hair dryer in the room, which is almost unheard of these days.

Staff was not very friendly. The night manager on Thursday night was not happy to be there. Probably hates his job. NO PERSONALITY AT ALL. Unsure why he works with public.
Most staff speaks a little bit of english but not much. Breakfast was good.
Lots of people hanging out by front desk, felt like the hotel is used for extended stay based on some of the people living there… a bit rough.

It would have been a little better if I didn’t have to pay a $20 fee to park. It should have been mentioned in the advertisement of this hotel, instead of allowing customers to find out last minute at check inn. The room was clean and beds were comfortable.

The place is nice for the price but the $20 a night for parking at the HOTEL PARKING LOT were I’m staying at so pretty much if you don’t pay you can’t keep the car in the PARKING LOT OF THE HOTEL YOU STAYING AT 👎

Always enjoy staying here. The staff is very accommodating and the rooms are spacious and comfortable! The shuttle to/from the airport is an exceptional bonus!

The staff was so helpful and accommodating! We got in really late because of airport/airline delays, so we couldn’t take the shuttle and were SO tired! The lovely young man at the front desk was sweet and scheduled us for a late check out. They also provided small acts of service that made up for our difficult day.
The breakfast was good, the room was clean and all the staff we met were friendly and went the extra mile. The shuttle driver gave us great advice and let us know that we could call them to get us from the rental car center when we get back on Monday night. We will definitely stay again when we are back in the area!

AC and heating system make a lot of noise where turn on . bad make a lot of noise to . not hot water at all. I'll be there in before everything be good man this time they make me to not go there no more.
