We had an enjoyable stay. All the staff were very helpful and friendly and accommodated our request for a different room without hesitation when we raised some problems. The outdoor area around the pool was very nice to relax. There was a good range of drinks from the bar which were very good value. It was a shame that there wasn’t a bar facility available for residents after around 11pm.
It was good to have secure parking available at the hotel which was well situated for going to the rugby ground.

The outside of the hotel (from the street view) looks quite dated ans there is not good signage to easily identify the hotel. However, the interior is nicer than expected! The lobby area, bar, dining space, and guest rooms are very clean, bright, and updated. The superior room is spacious, comfortable and well-appointed for a really good price.
