Not a good place. Very dirty smells bad and started to itch a night while I was trying to sleep.

The night cleark was rude. He insulted my hair style. He told me that in India it would be called a bad haircut. He was too busy talking on his phone to do his job. When I got to the room the garbage can was in this middle of the room. There was only one washcloth. When I asked if could have a second one he made out if it was a big inconvenience. He was nice enough to lend me is wall charger for my cell phones. They advertised a deep soaking tub but it takes a long time to fill. They have no refrigerator and the room was smsll. The breakfast was dry ceral, bagels and prepackaged muffins.

We reserved and paid for a queen size bed. When we got to our room it had a full size bed. When I asked the front desk attendant he said all the beds are the same size. The room was very small and we were very unhappy sleeping in a full size bed when we reserved and paid for a queen size bed. False advertisement.

The man at the front desk was rude with poor customer service. I asked for my drivers license back during the check out process and he didn’t give it back then told my husband I forgot it. They then charged us $2 for packets of toothpaste and for each jail house looking toothbrush. Only decent thing the front desk guy did was that he didn’t charge me extra for my kids in the room. The room smelled like smoke and there were no deadbolt locks on the doors.

The a/c was nice but in a small way; excessive: this powerful vent directly across the hall from my door was like opening a door to a hurricane in your face! The shower floor was slippery and a fall risk and lacked a mat of any kind. Breakfast was excellent! Staff was great as well! Still uncertain if my Hilton honors number was applied to my stay???

The room was smaller than showed on the website. Upon entering the room it reeked of cigarette smoke. The bed squeaked loudly with each and every move. Other than that, it was okay.

The staff of this hotel were very rude and unprofessional. They stated the system was down and could not see our reservation made through expedia. They stated it was cash only if we wanted to stay. Expedia stated that the booking was nonrefundable. The man at the front desk then changed the price between 75 and 80 dollars cash for the night. It was extremely unprofessional. We had to call expedia direct to talk to him in order to cancel the booking and then give the man cash.

Staff at the night is rude and not cooperative with customer. However, the Manager of the motel is humble and friendly. It is very annoying and disturbing. I think the doors are very old and make lot of noise that you wake up from a deep sleep if your neighbour open/closes the door. Its too load and scary. The room was not as it is shown in the images. It's totally different the one provided to me on the ground floor. Better to avoid.

The whole time I stayed, there their was not enough face towels. Had to keep requesting for more face towels. The system automatically set the number of peoples, two to a room and when I pacifically, selected 3 to the room for a particular price. Now I am checking only to be told that I have to pay more. This is not fair!!!!!!!

The place was really bad . The man at the front was very nice but that did not help the nasty hotel . Very outdated luggage carts didn’t work very well . The place looked abandoned . The rooms were clean but just stuck in the 80s and the furniture was very uncomfortable . We had breakfast in the morning that was just juice and a muffin of some sort with jelly in it . My hubby got violently sick after eating it and ending up in the hospital . We had no supplies inside the room . And the smoke alarm beeped for er when we told the front desk he said to take the battery out (wow that’s safe) . Very tiny towels and just no shampo and conditioner and no soap to wash your hands

Firstly, the photos are a gross misrepresentation of what the rooms look like. They are stretched to make the rooms appear bigger. They are outdated and/or taken from other Wyndham facilities, with items missing from what is shown in the photo. We brought food with us because the photos show that they have a microwave and mini fridge, which had to be thrown away since we couldn't store it properly or heat it. Aside from being the smallest rooms I've ever seen, everything is stained! The carpets are gross, the bedsheets and pillowcases were all stained, the towels were all stained. The toiletries were partially used it looked like. The whole hotel smelled funny, especially the elevator. Their breakfast was disgusting. It consisted of old, hard, crusty bagels, pastries that smelled like dirty floor cleaner, old mealy bananas and apples. The only drink option was coffee, or funny tasting water from a smelly drinking fountain because their apple and orange juice machine was broken.
