First time at this hotel. The suite was REALLY nice. Very spacious and comfortable. The exercise room is a bit sparse and getting a porter trolly was a bit difficult. Breakfast was a bit limited, but OK. Overall, would likely stay here again.

The hotel is convienient to our family and all that we had to do. the front desk staff helped us sign up for points etc.

Perfect for a night when I had to catch a flight out of Chicago and from my night returning back from over seas. I felt safe but didn’t do much exploring because I just needed a clean and safe place to put my head for the night. There is a target not to far away which was nice and some pizza places that deliver. But Chicago in general can feel unsafe, you just have to use common sense.

The bed in my room smelled like pee and they told me the best they could do was switch my room or give me new sheets

The staff couldn’t have been nicer. My issue was that the room smelled like someone had cooked meat and the smell was funky. Great location, nice breakfast and if it weren’t for the weird smell wouldve been okay.

It was fine. Rooms could be updated a little bit.

The staff was very friendly and informative. Stayed with my Fiancée and 2 teenagers. Everything was clean and nice looking. The little snack store they have is perfect for late night cravings!!!

It was a great stay I will b back again

Very loud music playing until one in the morning. I had called the front desk three different times and went down once asking for them to please quiet down the guess and then the music moved to the parking lot that just happened to be outside our window of our room. It turns out they were not even hotel guests. They were staying in a motorhome, and now we’re blaring their music in the parking lot. I got no support from office stuff asking them to quiet down. The following morning there was a younger girl with a child that was filling up her backpack with food from the continental breakfast and was being very rude to other guest’s and telling them to stay out of her personal space. She then cussed at my 13 year old son, and asked why he was so f…ing close to her. There was just a lot of very strange things that went down while we were staying at this hotel. The only positive I can give this hotel is that housekeeping was amazing! Terrence, their manager was very kind and apologetic of what it happened the night before and did everything he could to try and make it right. I’ve never had things like this happen while staying at a hotel this was a first. By day two when what happened in the morning at the breakfast happened? I started thinking we were in a really bad neighborhood perhaps but we were not. On our last morning the fire alarm started going off at 6:30 AM waking up the entire building due to something burning in the kitchen. Very strange experience we had.

I did not like my room. The room was kind of dirty. There was hair in the Refrigerator. I told the front desk and she had someone to clean it. The house keeper was pleasant. The rug was dirty and the overall decor in the room was just plain and old.

I held off a few days to review this property in hopes that management would contact me back for a credit, but of course, that didn’t happen. The front desk clerk indicated she would talk with her manager and call me back, still nothing. Our experience at this hotel was terrible. The first day, we checked into our room that we had paid for an extra person, which turned out to be $20 extra per night. We got into our room and noticed there was not enough towels for all four of us. When I went down to the front desk, I was told that they didn’t have any towels available and I would need to check back in an hour. I checked back an hour later and they still didn’t have any towels. By this time, it was after 10 PM and I wanted to go to bed. I didn’t get extra towels until close to 11 PM. To make matters worse, the TV in our room didn’t work. The front desk clerk let us know they would have maintenance check the next day. Breakfast the next morning was pulled off 15 minutes early with people still needing to eat. We didn’t get back to the hotel until 1130 p.m. and the TV worked at least….but our key cards to get into our room didn’t. We had to have our keycards redone 4 times during our three day stay! The last day, our TV once again didn’t work! Of course this was on a Saturday so maintenance wasn’t there. We went to use the hot tub since we couldn’t watch tv…. and it was luke warm and had brown foam in it. Very frustrating experience, don’t stay here!

Good value for money especially if you’re just passing through and only need a room for the night.

Location great for why we were in town. Nice accommodating, reputable hotel for what we needed. We had a king suite ... didn't like that the front lounge space was so warm though but at least it had a ceiling fan. When we made the air colder to help compensate it made the bedroom freezing (air conditioner was in the bedroom part). Wished the little fridge had a freezer part too. Pool was cloudy, not clear but appreciated that the area around the pool was clean and the towels were stocked unlike some places we have stayed.
