Staff was very friendly. The room was very clean and beds very comfortable. Location was good, surrounded by nice restaurants. Will stay here again.

The room was clean, even though I found an empty liquor bottle in the overhead lights, but one would have to be laying on the bed and looking up to see it. The refrigerator wasn’t working, but they did replace it. The beds are decent. Kind of small for a handicap room. For the brief stay that we needed it for it was fine.

We arrived in late, the gentleman at the front desk was very friendly. We asked for a letter check out and he obliged us. Slept pretty goo.

It was a very relaxing stay! The staff were super nice and we had a super nice room. Clean room as well. The coffee was also bomb. Very good hazelnut roast they had. Was a nice trip

Great check in, very easy. Good breakfast options and some people were a bit noisy when we tried going to bed. But we were on the 2nd floor.

We checked in on time and left for a concert. When we got back it was after midnight and we could smell that someone had been smoking Marijuana in the hotel lobby.

The room was clean and update. Their bed was ok comfortable. The check out was quick and friendly. Plus give enough information I need to know. The like fact they are close to gas station, restaurant and highway.

We were so pleasantly surprised with our stay- the room was clean, contemporary and comfortable. The shower could use a little more oomph. Breakfast was great- anything you could want, Waffles, french toast, scrambled eggs, sausage, biscuits and gravy, granola, cereal, yogurt, fruit, pastries, bagels oatmeal, apple and orange juice, coffee, tea, hot chocolate.....All the staff we encountered from check in to check out were fantastic!

Honestly, some folks may not mind some of the things that I personally disliked here. I’m writing this review because I think it’s important there be a genuine discussion around what the property is actually like. First off, the gentleman who welcomed me at the front desk was very kind and personable, I want to make that clear. However, unfortunately, the property was dirty, dingy, and reminded me of a low-quality motel. Again, some folks don’t mind these things so hoping not to offend here. Just want other travelers to know what to expect. The nightly rate almost reflects the quality but in my opinion it should be cheaper. There are many options nearby for overnight stays so unless you can’t find anything cheaper and you’re strapped for cash, I’d stay elsewhere.

The mattress in room 204 needs to be replaced. It is sagging in the middle otherwise nice stay. We have stayed there many times.

Tried the hair dryer. No air blew out. It got super hot and glowed red. Smelled like an electrical fire. Told front desk staff member who was in a room behind the front desk. He didn’t even get up to greet me. Said he didn’t t have replacements and didn’t even know they had hair dryers.

We enjoyed our stay. The room was clean and comfortable. The shower was a comfortable size with a high shower head. The bed was comfortable. The walls were not soundproof as we could hear voices through the walls, but could not make out what they were saying.

The room smelled. My son was due to arrive 15 minutes after I checked in. I told the staff person at the desk. He went on break. The replacement was unaware that my son was coming. Instead of calling my room to see if my son could come up, he just refused to let him in. My son had to wait in the lobby for 30 minutes until the original desk clerk came back. Inexcusable!

We were visiting friends in Inver Grove Heights for 9 days. We had a fab time. The hotel room was clean and met all our needs. The staff couldn’t do enough for us. The reception staff were very welcoming and the room attendants looked after us extremely well. The manager even got some avocados for my friend as that’s what she eats at home for breakfast. There were loads of choices at breakfast. We d we enjoyed our stay and would definitely book again if we come over again.

The people that work here, especially at check in are great! I accidentally booked an accessible room so it wasn't in the quietest area of the hotel. Thats totally on me and was really not too loud. Im a very light sleeper, so when I book I usually ask for a quiet room/area and travel with ear plugs (which i forgot!). So I was grateful the noise was minimal. Its frankly a solid average place to stay. Im not looking for nor do I require any real amenities. Im looking for cleanliness, safety and a solid check-in experience --> which you'll get here.

Access to the front desk required staff to let you in or to already have a room key. It needs updating for sure but was overall okay. There were restaurants in walking distance so that was good.
