While the room was clean, it was quite rundown and outdated. The chair had a stain. The tile on the bathroom floor was chipped and dingy.
The lady working there front desk was very nice. She offered bottles of water. Which after traveling was nice.

The breakfast was very simple (convenience store pastries/SunnyD/some apples and bananas) but good for something quick. Parking spots were narrow, but well marked. Staff was very friendly and helpful.
