WoodSpring Suites Tacoma - Lakewood

Location, staff was great, room was clean.

Everything was good

Very clean!!

The rooms are so clean smell good. I spend the night on the 3rd level awesome place.the kitchen had a stove pan and pot for cooking.all brand new.if you have plans to cook ,you are good to go.wow.big refrigerator just like a studio.

Breakfast just coffee in the coffee maker don’t know what kind of coffee.the room has only one night stand on one side.normally it’s two one on each side of the bed.

I liked it here and I stayed into a couple of month’s. Of course life goes on and as we were moving out we tried our best to be out by 11. But me being disabled had a hard time getting everything out and cleaned up so instead of 11 we were out before 1 and every at the front desk became incredibly nasty I had to leave something very important to myself in the street because when they wanted me to pay not some fee but for another night I said no. I was then kicked off the property immediately and had to move what I had left to the street to finish our exit. I was also told I was never allowed to come back to any WoodSpring hotel again. I liked the chain and had stayed here for a long time while I waited for my new place. I had stayed in several others WoodSprings and never had a problem. Since I’ve been told that I can’t step on any WoodSpring property again they are no longer a chain I can or even want to use anymore.

See above for a story that won’t allow me to stay here anymore. We worked hard to clean our room we stayed in for quite some time, a couple of months and the when we leave we have the disaster above where what we liked became a true nightmare.
