Not quite as luxury as we expected for as Park Hyatt but overall a good stay of choice for the area. Great location too.

Despite being an old construction, the hotel is very well preserved. The staff is very cordial and friendly. It is definitely not a 5 star hotel and its restaurants are not either. The breakfast buffet for $35 dollars is too expensive for what is offered.

The service is excellent. All the staff members were amazing. Food was great at the hotel also. The hotel is in perfect location, walking distance to beautiful park, top notch restaurants and wine shops. Mendoza is a beautiful city. We stayed at this hotel twice and it didn’t disappoint.

Good location with excellent dining options within walking distance. The hotel staff were very courteous and professional, overall a good place to stay. If I have to mention something that needs improvement it would be the pool furniture that it is old and decaying.

We stayed a total of 4 nights and would definitely return. Service was great all around but especially at the hotel bar with Federico and Augustin making high class cocktails. They are very talented. The bathroom was spacious and included a nice tub and very big shower. It's perfectly located in the center of town which is very convenient

The hotel is definitely showing signs of aging. It is time for an update. Carpet worn in the room. Room decor is aged. Some staff were great, and others no so attentive. I went for a drink my last night at the outside bar, and I waited 15 minutes for someone to help me with a drink. I gave up. On the other hand, the wine sommelier (Marcia) in the main restaurant was very helpful and arranged a tasting for me. She is amazing. The price (over $500) for a night in this hotel is not worth the value.

It is always nice to stay at the Park Hyatt I have stayed there for at least 5 times now for the past 15 years for business puposes. But I must say it now feels a bit dated and not that well maintained. The room I recently stayed in (544) had many scratches in the wood panels, mold in the upper back part of the shower door, there was a torn rug union on the right side of the bed and the bathroom blinds were a bit torn on the upper right corner. Lastly, I dont know why all the faucets are so lack luster and sink buttoms so scratched?
With that said, I must say all in all, the room was super comfortable and the shower is for me, best in class! Guest services are great, breakfast is nice and the gym is well equiped too. Will surely stay there again next time but overall the hotel is in some considerable need of an up-grade. Especially if they are going to be charging those very high prices for the night. In that sense, it really does make you think twice!!!

I had such a good time in Mendoza and the hotel was excellent. The service was great and the room was amazing and extra clean. The pool area and the spa were a great addition to my vacation. Definitely coming back.

We arrived 9pm from the airport and were greeted promptly. The checkin clerk provided all key information. We arrived in our room which was fully lit, air conditioned, and prepared for our arrival. We then went to one of three on-site restaurants and had a late meal with amazing malbec-cabernet sauvignon blended wine with exceptional service. We briefly tried the casino with hotel issued credits. In the morning, we went early to the spa (jacuzzi, steam/vapor and Turkish saunas, and cold plunge. Both being refreshed, we had an excellent 10am buffet breakfast with everything including smoked salmon, grilled vegetables, amazing cheeses, and spumante. Then, we walked the main plaza and shopped checking out late at 1pm. The door code had changed after 12pm but it was quickly remedied.

A high end hotel with what you'd expect from it + a grand piano in the lobbyEverything is perfect, from staff to bathroom amenities and room comfort, as you'd expect it. The room is spacious and bed is really good and comfy. The receptionist was really nice and gave us a room with a large bed even though we were only able to book for twin beds. The pool is small but so nice after a day of wine tasting. And for us the real plus was the grand piano in the lobby. My husband is a pianist and we struggle to find hotels with pianos. The Hyatt has a grand in the lobby (which is not advertised, so it's worth mentioning). It seems that it is not played much. The reception staff let my husband perform a bit for the pleasure of the staff and the hotel guests.
